It was pass time to replace my modem. I was so happy to find arris would be my router and modem. It was so easy to install. The app online was so helpful with the installation. It is running so much faster. It’s a great product.

Performs as advertised. We reliably get 450MB+ down over cable and this works seamlessly with both our unmanaged switch and Nighthawk mesh system. Great setup.

Was looking for an upgrade for our old modem as well as modem/router. This one did both as we needed and even is up to date to be able to handle the 1gb speeds now being offered by xfinity. Easy setup as well.

This one is even better than the previous Model Modem,,as 3.0 Docsis Modem's are being phased out,,in order to meet the needs of us who do multiple things,,gamers,,video streamers,,etc etc

Simple to hook up...a quick call to Comcast and it was activated. Great increase in speed compared to the previous cable modem I was using. Pricey but I wanted this one to last for a while and I think I have plenty of headroom with this model to achieve that.

Needed a replacement Modem and Tech recommended this unit after I answered her questions. This unit has worked exceptionally fast and keeps up with 16 devices without a reduction in download speed.

Perfect for gigabit internet with xfinity. tried using modem I had before and couldn't get past 500mbps. upgraded my modem to this one activated and got around 989mbps wired which is way better than before. It does get warm and needs to be ventilated

So far so good. Had to call my ISP provider to activate. We will see how it holds up as time goes by. Replaced a 6 year old Netgear router/modem combo.

With that modem, I now get the full 500 Mbs speed on Wowway. Setup was easy: call my cable company with the mac address of the modem. Everything was taken care quickly. Did not experience any issue since I got it.

Does exactly what you’d expect for a modem. No more bottleneck on my network. Now I can download and stream quickly and with ease. Installation was easy. Just plug it in and it does it’s thing.

OMG! My service was maxed out on a speed test @ 13meg, but after installing this 206meg. & bumping up my Spectrum internet speed no problem handling 4 phones, 4 streaming TV's, & other stuff.

Great modem ,It keeps all of my devices connected. I paired it with the Google WiFi system to keep my home well connected no matter how much devices I use. Installation was super easy and fast.

Comcast now boasts that they have gigabit speeds, great right? Not when their own modem, THEIR OWN MODEM restarts eight times a day. Bought this guy and not only is it reliable, but it also is 10% faster than Comcast own modem as well! Props guys.

Easy to install, much less visible than the Motorola Surfboards I have owned and easier to understand indicator lights. Outstanding performance getting gigabit speed even on wireless devices. Certified by Cox. Highly recommend.

JUST RECENTLY UPGRADED TO COMCAST GIGA BIT INTERNET SPEED AND BOUGHT THIS MODEM TO HANDLE THE SPEED. WORKING GREAT SO FAR. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED. NEEDED A DOCSIS 3.1 MODEM FOR GIGA BIT SPEED AND THIS MODEM CAN HANDLE IT. SO FAR SO GOOD

Netgear cable modem setup was easy with Mediacom. Just call Mediacom and give the the numbers on the modem. Plug it in and go. I need to pair it with an ax wifi 6 router to truley evaluate it's performance. Midem appears very fast with a gigabyte plan from medicom and my old n router.
