When my old modem died I bought this modem and am very pleased except for one thing. After installing, my internet connection slowed to a crawl. A little troubleshooting found the problem. The only DOCSIS 3.1 modem available came with a Cat 5 cable to connect to my router. ?!?!? Does Netgear know where I can get a Corvette speed limited to 45 mph to go with it? Luckily I had a Cat 6 cable that I was using with the old modem that fixed the problem. Very disappointed on that one point. You can't fit 1gb through a 100mb line.

Works amazingly well for all our internet needs. Speed has been really good and consistent throughout the apartment. Setup was a breeze as well. Highly recommend for your current needs and to be future ready with 3.1.

Had issues with a DOCSIS 3.0 modem and replaced it with this one - since then no issues and have been getting the advertised speed from my ISP. Haven't had to restart this at all since installing it, fantastic modem.

this is a must if you have giga speed internet. it works at advertise. no more connection problem. and it will be best if you pair this with wifi6 router.

I purchased this modem so I can future proof my home network. I am so p,eased with this unit. This is the first unit that has never had any lag and I get fadpstwr than advertised internet speeds. This unit is very reliable.

Great modem. High speeds. Does all the heavy lifting for my household. Price was good too for the higher speed.

Works great and will save us money on the long run. This is not a router/ modem combo and works great with our Google router and mesh points

I have not had this modem very long; probably five or six weeks. I am pleased with the performance but I must add that I generally do not put much stock into a review of a product that has been in use for a short period of time. I would rather hear from somone who has used an item for a year rather than little over a month. While I am pleased with the performance to date I also think the product cost more than it should have.

Bought this because I upgraded my internet oeed to 1,000mbps . It is the only one Best Buy carries that can handle that speed. I got an Amazon prime match , so I got it for only $145. Great deal and user friendly. 5 stars

Easily connected to my internet provider, no calls just follow the on screen tabs. Always on, never have to reboot. I guess I’ve had this modem for month now and it has been working like I expected.

We use this in our vacation home paired with the Orbi AC 2200. We couldn't be more satisfied. It's compatible with Xfinity and setup was a breeze. Did it all online. I only wish that it was compatible with Optimum (Cablevision).

Great product easy to connect but must call ur internet provider to activate service delivers awesome service way better than your providers modem it's a must have for gamers

Works flawlessly with high speed internet. I would buy again. I had to call Netgear to have it added to inventory so it could be installed first.

Upgraded to this modem for Cox high speed internet and everything from installation to setup was made incredibly easy. Essentially plug n play. Using it with a Netgear router for weeks now without any hiccups or reboots.

Getting full speeds with no problems or power/signal disruption. Very easy to setup, just plug in and call cable company to activate. Also, very aesthetically pleasing.

DOCSIS 3.1 is worth the upgrade! Along with a faster speed tier from Xfinity, this works great. Only had for a couple months so can't attest to the durability of this modem but so far so good.

It is a great investment and save me $15 every month. Comcast doesn't charge me for their equipment.

Connections are great throughout our home (1k sq ft) and even to outside to our patio.

Needed a new modem for gigabit internet and this one fit the bill. We read reviews first to make sure and so far, it has delivered for 30 days straight, no disconnections or lag.
