For a somewhat smaller townhouse, it still provides excellent quality coverage through the whole home, on both floors. Also cost effective, the price was reasonable.

I use my CM1000 with Cox Gigablast and it works like a champ. Setup was easy and the modem has delivered flawless service ever since.

It's probably more than I need but you know what? I don't care! A lot of peace of mind knowing that my modem is as fast as it gets! It sped up my entire browsing experience and frankly with the amount of time and $ you spend on the internet and streaming -- why not go all out of the modem! This modem should be good a minimum of 4 years and to me it's well worth it!

For the 4k hdr streamer or 4k hdr gamer, this is the modem for you. I am impressed by the speed difference on my TV and my PS4 Pro. Easy setup -

This modem was easy to set up, and it works great. So far it has been reliable, and was worth the money.

We haven't noticed much of a difference in game play on the PS4; other than really fast downloads, but the biggest difference is in watching Netflix. The pixeled appearance of the picture is gone from Netflix that would occur from time to time, the picture appears more high definition in the shows we watch, and we are accessing Netflix, Amazon Prime, and You Tube faster.

I am completely satisfied with the Net Gear Modem. It was easy to install and performs excellent.

So far so good. Setup was easy even though unit is a little bit. Internet connection has been faster and uninterrupted.

This modem works like a charm. Very impressed with its performance. Sure like the on-off switch that this model has. I purchased the router from Best Buy so I could go pick it up the same day.

Lightning fast and super easy to use. Would recommend this to anyone.

The Netgear modem setup was very straightforward as I already had the Xfinity app loaded on my phone from the previous installation. Activation via the Xfinity app took only a couple of minutes and a couple more minutes for the modem to restart. Worked with my router without any issues as soon as I plugged it into that device.
