Bought this to replace an Arris modem Cox gave me that combined DOCSIS 3.1 and telephone because that thing was junk (internet dropping 5-8 times per day, every day. This thing is effectively invisible with no interventions required since installed it. Highly recommended.

This a great cable modem to use at home. I truly recommend it when you are trying to connect to your cable provider. We had to return it ours because our cable provider said we didn’t need one. The cable company use theirs and we were already being charged on our bill for the cable modem box.

Reliable and solid gear. Although I initially had some difficulty accessing the configuration menu due to network settings, the modem has been consistent and maintains a solid connection to my ISP (once they replaced the water-filled, damaged cable to my home).

My netgear modem increased my internet speed tremendously. I rarely have to experience any buffering when I am streaming my cable channels thru my provider.

we signed up for Mediacom internet and chose to purchase a modem outright rather than pay a monthly rental fee. This is one of the modems they recommended. I was familiar with the netgear brand so chose this one. works great!

I bought this modem because I canceled some services with my local cable service and in doing so I had to return my phone/internet modem and I did not want to pay to rent a cable modem from my local cable co. I bought this modem because it is a Docsis 3.1 and it future proof as for internet speed tiers.

Bought this on a recommendation from a friend that works for Spectrum. He said to buy this to save on the monthly rental charge that Spectrum charges its customers for their Cable Modem. This one is way better and saves you money in the long haul. What more can you ask for?!

This has been a solid modem. It was very easy to set up and I haven't run into a single issue with my ISP while using it. I have recommended this modem to all my friends who have been looking to upgrade to wifi 6 on their home network.

My cable company has the option to purchase your own modem as long as it was compatible. It was the best investment. I'm saving hundred of dollars each year not renting a modem. I have gigabit service and i still get the full range of my internet. It a great modem.

This unit is the basis for the blazing fast Wifi via the eero - Pro 6+ ... Gigabit into the house ... this unit feeds the eero nods ... they can only be fast if the router ahead is also super fast.
