I was looking into replacing my old Modem with Comcast due to reaching 4-5 years of use. The biggest headache I had with replacing the modem with Comcast was reading the serial number. Save yourself the rental fee and purchase one today.

Needed an up to date cable modem to stay current with my service. Modem checked all the required boxes & more at a reasonable price for it's features.

Excellent replacement for cox cable modem, supports all their internet plans including gigablast without paying $10 per month modem rental. Took less than 10 minutes on the phone with cox technical support to get up and running.

Checked the supported products page on Comcast only to discover the model we had was no longer supported. Bought this one which supports the blast service from Comcast. Now to get a new wifi!!

Tried an Arris SB8200 first with Cox Gigablast but ended up having nothing but issues with random reboots. I exchanged it for this modem. So far so good, hopefully it will stay that way. I’ve heard similar complaints from other customers.

Recently my internet provider upgraded their system and I was not receiving my subscribed download speeds. After some research I elected to buy the CM1000 Modem. Easy to install and immediately my download speed doubled from my previous modem.

Replaces an old Apple system. Very easy and fast to set up. So far very happy with it.

Not terribly priced and the hardware is great. Very easy to setup and use with your ISP. If I had a complaint itd be that I wish it'd be slightly shorter or have the ability to have the stand on the units side.

Once i downloaded the correct Xfinity app setup was easy. Have had this installed for about three weeks with no problems. Getting the UL/DL speeds i should.

It performs properly. The price is reasonable. A good purchase.

This product has met and far exceeded my expectations. I’m conjunction with our Netgear router, we get speeds for the package we’re paying for and have no dead spots.

This modem was plug and play. Had to call Cox to get it activated on their end but other than that I was up and running within 10 minutes. It gets the advertised gigabit speeds and it’s great to be downloading at near gigabit speeds!

The Nighthawk DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem was a replacement for a 13-year-old modem that wasn't cutting it any longer. Got it hooked up easily and worked exactly as described.

This Modem was plug and play it took about 5-10 minutes to get up and running, and about 20 mins after that for it to reset one more time to reach full speed. Be warned it only showed 70 mbps before the last reset, now its testing 929 mbps.
