Works great. No issue handling 'gigablast' speed from cable provider. Found pricing allowed me to buy this rather than rent from cable provider.

Syncs up quickly, better power and snr levels than my previous Arris. No issues with latency unlike some modems with the Intel puma chip. This is a great device is you need DOCIS 3.1

Replaced our C@X Panoramic wi-fi set up with this and a good eero mesh system and all 33 of our in-home devices have been running smoothly for the last month.

I subscribed for 400 mbps internet and with this modem I get 408 using speedtest. I paired this with my netgear orbi and its like a match made in heaven.

I love my new Netgear modem. It’s so much better than the Arris modem 3.0 I had at first when I first signed up for internet cable here. This one makes all the difference! Glad I bought it!

I've had Consolidated Communications standard modem and Comcast Xfinitys modem. Netgear has worked better than both of them.

Repacked my old modem and updated to Orbi WiFi. No more issues with lagging and refreshing. I have had over 20 devices at one time on the network and no issues with streaming

Best modem I have ever purchased. No issues ever. Still going strong. I made a great decision to buy this modem and sure you would love it too.

I would only buy this if you are expecting to have Gigabit internet in the future. It's not cheap, but it works really well and probably better than modems you can rent from Comcast.

Excellent modem / router! Easy to install & set up!

Customer wanted a solution to not have to pay Xfinity a monthly fee. This works great with xifinty service and great speeds with any changes the company makes in the future to speeds.

I had to replace my old cable modem when water spilled on it. This one is faster and took only a few minutes to set up and have us up and running again. No issues since hooking it up.

Finally upgrading to 500m internet on cox. I haven’t tested using the direct cable but over Wifi 5, I am still getting 400m over wifi which I am happy.

I received a call from Comcast stating that my old modem was not giving me the speeds for the service that I am paying for. So I upgraded to this modem. Everything is much faster now.

I am running an Asus wireless mesh and the modem drops connection at least once per day. For me, runs around 100mbs over wifi, with an 18 ping; which is very good. I replaced with an ARRIS SB8200 and it averages around 120mbs with single digit ping and never drops connection, which is better.

Great! I love my new modem. A lot faster than the one my internet service provider has. I also paired it with a Netgear Router and I have no complaints!

Fast, and crazy to setup. I like that the dashboard lights are muted, by design, so as not CTO be distracting. However it drops internet far more often than previous two modems, despite being endorsed by Comcast. The reset button is handy but I wish it weren't needed as much which bus why I take away one star.
