This modem does exactly what is supposed to. It took minutes to set up and works great with my OnHub and other google router. Works with mediacom!

Been using mine since first availability on Comcast, I power cycle it roughly every 2 months proactively, but I dont think it needs it, just old habit from using junk modems in the past.

Easy Setup and fast speed. This modem is Listed as Docsis 3.1 and will pull gig speed if your cable company supports it. I am getting 942 mbps down on average. No issues at all so far.

Setup is simple and easy. It's a plug-and-play system. Having had any issues meeting 500mbps (what I purchased from my ISP). This product is also approved by my ISP (WOW).

We purchased the Netgear cable modem at Best Buy and literally detached the old modem, plugged in this one, called Xfinity and had it running in minutes.

This was my 5th modem I've had in 4 months. I had 3 from Cox, that didn't work, my last one had issues with "puma 6 chipset". Then I purchased this one, and it seems to be great!

Very easy to set up and use. Best Buy associate assisted me with selecting the correct modem for our needs. It works great! Connected perfectly with Netgear router.

Needed a new one in a pinch since the one I had broke. It has worked perfectly from the day we had it. No issues, and great internet since.

My old 3.0 limited me to 100 mbps so I had to get 3.1 for my local provider to be able to get me faster speeds. This has been doing the job.

I am now able to receive the speeds I pay for no matter what time of the day, even during peak hours, and for gaming I no longer have packet loss. Such a life saver!!!!

This device replaced a modem/router that I was renting from Comcast. Speeds are just as fast and the setup was a cinch. It is connected to my airport time capsule and works well.

I replaced my old CM600 3.0 DOCSIS with this and was able to upgrade to Cox Premium 500 mbps - internet connection is as fast as secretariat!
