    It's doing what it's supposed to do- we will see if it lasts. Netgear support has been absolutely horrid, and I've had multiple products fail outside their 90 day warranty.

    Went with Netgear to upgrade to 3.2 for higher transfer rates since I had an Orbi router already. Easy setup. Only issue was I had to contact my Internet provider to add this modems MAC address to enable it on my account. There should be a note in the set up instructions to do that.

    Don’t rent your modem from the cable company. Buy this or any docsis 3.1 modem. Pays itself off in one year.
