Still have connection issues

So we have given the problem to them and they are scrambling to find the problem and a solution. We have had some issues with the modem and router running slower then it should and also with the way the internal speed test seems to land squarely in Netgears advantage when in reality it does not work at the level they state and test results show. We are pleased but not as happy as we thought we were going to be with there products.

Decent product overall

However, the products hardware went out on me a three months after the year warranty. I purchased another one and it was nonfunctional out of the box. The third time I purchased it, it worked out so hopefully it last a bit longer. Either way I built the additional warranty.
