Still have connection issues

So we have given the problem to them and they are scrambling to find the problem and a solution. We have had some issues with the modem and router running slower then it should and also with the way the internal speed test seems to land squarely in Netgears advantage when in reality it does not work at the level they state and test results show. We are pleased but not as happy as we thought we were going to be with there products.

Netgear Good Modem

This Netgear was a saver. (Comcast finally came out after a year and corrected the problem. This was before 2020 and Covid-19 just added to them not responding) I'm keeping my Netgear for backup.
