Called customer service and the couldn’t help .

Great product- maybe not for comcast

However, we have comcast. It did not work well with our ISP. We ended up returning this and getting an ARRIS. Comcast owns then and they work better with their service. This is on the approved list- but just didn't give us the full use of its potential due to service issues with this product.

I don’t find myself having to reboot this one near as often as the rented ISP modem and to be honest I forgot I even owned it. That right there is the sign of a good modem

improved response times

Since installing this new modem, our network response times have improved and, most importantly, become reliably stable.

Much needed upgrade

The previous modem was 4 years old and since my wife and I both work from home, a more stable connection was needed.

Great Cable modem
