Purchased this modem to replace the rented one from Suddenlink. It will eventually pay for itself while providing great coverage.

I replaced my cable modem due to not having control over the options now with this modem I have no issues and and very happy with the modem

We had really poor performance from the Comcast provided modem. Switched to this one and haven't had any issues since!

It works well for me. I have a lot of electronics in my house and it gives good signal to them all. Couldn't get things done without it.

Great Modem! You can always rely on Netgear when it comes to modems! This is one of the best modems I've ever owned!

I gave it five stars but I returned it right away. It was my fault for not knowing it’s only a modem, wanted a WiFi router and cable modem combo

Thought it would be easy to install, but did require some time on the phone with our service provider. This became complicationed since the service kept on stating that it was not compatible with their service. Eventually got resolved

Seem to have upgraded the firmware and then cycled through the connection process. Several times I was on the phone with spectrum Internet. No one could explain why it was cycling and would not lock on the signal. Unfortunately, it's dead on arrival.! Just flashing lights, and defective, reported this to Netgear Support, with how disappointing the experience was. Bestbuy closed the local store in this area which was about a half hour drive away further complicating purchases and returns since I have to deal with this now with shipping!

Was a great modem just was not compatible with my other equipment. Built well looked nice.

The product is good nothing wrong with it but unfortunately I had to return it as it’s not what I was looking for.

I purchased this modem and I now know what Wi-Fi really is, paired along with the NETGEAR AX6000 It's been a great purchase, No Regrets!!!!!

Easy set up and future proof for the 3.1 that Comcast promised to roll out in the next 6 months. To buy a 3.0 at this time is almost a waste of money.

The modem provides the bandwidth needed to stream TV and even play online games. Highly recommended and worth every penny.

Teaching virtually, and this modem seems to be doing great. I am not fancy enough to expose all the virtues and such, however the Modem seems to be providing a consistent strong signal to our router

This is a great modem, I would never rent a modem from ISP when I can buy one and save money in the long run.

I was have issues with my old cable modem. It wasn't compatible with Comcast any more so I upgraded to the Netgear cm1000 and I haven't been disappointed.

This modem does the job well paired woth my Netgear router, I am very happy with my purchase.

Much better than my old wifi. I have comcast and had to upgrade so I tried out the nighthawk... Not disappointed at all. Would purchase a Netgear Nighthawk when its time to upgrade.
