I have had no problems whatsoever with it. It made my internet connection faster just by using this modem instead of the one that Comcast gave me.

Had to upgrade my modem due to upgrading my internet service. Had this modem up and running in just a few mins. So far no issues, loving it.

I have this modem connected to a Suddenlink cable service. Able to stream TV and music and web surf and still have plenty of bandwidth on my 1 Gbit Suddenlink account.

Great modem. This is best I've purchased. Great for gaming as well including call of duty warzone

Great items. Just keep in mind if you’re buying this if you have a house telephone, this does have a port for that.

Easy setup, works as shown! Price could be cheaper, but it's a solid product and I haven't had any issues.

Within 29 days we lost internet connection, took an hour for tech support to try and fix (comcast said they cant communicate with the devise even though its got comcast's logo on the box), they said the didn't know why the IP address isn't correct and we would need a new machine. This is where the 1 star comes in, if you don't want to be charged, you have to turn the broken one in FIRST, then wait until they ship you a new one. I cannot believe any company who sells internet equipment would think this is acceptable. You have to sit there for 1 to 2 weeks without internet. Unless you pay them $17, then they will send you one before you send yours back. Oh yeah, if you want it next day (if the machine isn't working you are still without internet) then you have to pay $30. The machine started working after my wife asked for a supervisor because of this ridiculous $30 fee, so they are now asking us to monitor it in case it happens again (remember they don't know why it didn't work in the first place). I bought this $200 machine instead of one with similar reviews for $120 because I thought it would be top notch. At the very least their warranty policy is almost criminal. Again, why should I pay for the privilege of not be without internet for several days when your defective machine that I just bought 4 weeks ago is causing the outage. Lastly, I know a lot of companies are using overseas help, the woman on the phone was barely understandable, not late at night either, in the middle of the day here in the good ole' US. Ridiculous.

Easy setup worked great with Comcast. Limited to 1000Mbs but that’s not something they hide.

Amazing modem. Never buy one from Cox ever. Buy one from best buy and get a 4 year warranty

I was very pleased with the quick delivery of this modem. The modem has worked well with my Internet connection.

Easy to install plus added security to internal access

I feel like this is supposed to be a great modem but it’s frustrating to use with our cable. They recommended this product to us but it frequently loses connection and make it extra difficult to watch tv when all the content is digital these days. When it’s working is great. When it isn’t is so frustrating. Lots of resets.

Got this on sale. All my network equipment is Netgear. I tend to stay with a brand when it never disappoints me.

Great for cable connections beyond 1 Gig. No frills, no extras to get in the way. Took 5 min to activate with my local cable provider.

Not too hard to set up. I preferred to buy my own gear rather than pay a monthly fee from Comcast.

Good quality. Better than the cheaper ones. Seems t be better built.

Simple review is this modem works well and is an upgrade over the Intel Puma chipset Arris modems.

The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because it only came with on ethernet port luckily my routers have additional ports if not I would have to buy external ports.
