It broke in 6 months
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this modem in store with the help of a Best Buy associate who said it's the best one in the store in September 2020 to replace a 10-year-old Motorola that did not support the internet speed I wanted. What a mistake. It stopped working in 6 months. Best Buy would not fix, exchange or refund it but refers to the manufacturer which was worse to deal with. I should have bought it from Costco so I could return it in a heartbeat. I won't buy any electronics from Best Buy anymore...
