Works flawlessly with high speed internet. I would buy again. I had to call Netgear to have it added to inventory so it could be installed first.

Was easy to setup with my Xfinity service and paired with my TP LINK ARCHER AX6000 WiFi router. It has been running smoothly since I’ve been using it. I get high speeds ranging between 700-900mbps download. Definitely recommend!

I have had a bad connection in the past with the junk equipment the cable company “loans” you and then I came to my senses and bought this as well as a separate ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 as my router. I’m not even a gamer but these are future proof at the moment and blazing fast. Super expensive for sure, but so far AMAZING connectivity. I even have some WiFi cameras that had such an intermittent connection before. The Ecobee Plus thermostat didn’t even stay connected. Now they both work flawlessly and FAST! Think of performance and reliability as opposed to price. If it’s too much then I suggest still getting this and a non-gaming router. But keep in mind this IS NOT a modem/router combo. You have to buy a router separately. I’m telling you it works though!

I have had this device for 2 years and have never had any issues. Much like other Netgear devices it is very reliable. Definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a modem that supports up to 1gb internet.

This modem supports DOCSIS 3.1 technology which is required for Gigabit internet plans. Easy to setup for Xfinity internet. Just connect you your PC and log in to your online account in your web browser, super easy! If that's what you want, get this modem!

I have used this modem for both XFINITY in Denver and Cox in NW Florida and it worked perfectly on both services. No technician required for setup, just called in the MAC address. This is a modem only, a separate router is needed to create a WiFi network.

Best modem I've ever purchased hands down. Docsis 3.1, capable of speeds your ISP can't even provide. Super easy to use and the price is right on point. Definitely recommend even though I typically avoid netgear.

So far working well. Didn’t realize how much my old modem was struggling till upgrading to this. Speeds are much improved. Caught it on sale too thankfully. At least my old modem had the curtesy to die around Black Friday.

This product was recommended because the previous router I had wasn’t maximizing the full potential of my internet. I did notice my internet being smoother after having this router installed but there are times where the router doesn’t output any signal which in turn leaves me without internet.

This thing is so solid, better than what spectrum gives you. I have it pairs with a wifi router Nighthawk, it hits its maximum all the time.

93.35mbps downloads... Faster than old modem. I had to give the MAC address to the service provider Mediacom and it worked seamlessly... Took less than 20 minutes to set up.

Setup was simple. I had no complaints Netgear has always been my go too and it does it's job well

The Netgear CM 1000v2 is an excellent modem. It's DOCSIS 3.1 which means it can handle COX Gigablast speeds. Haven't had any issues with dropouts or slow speeds like my previous modem. I highly recommended it.

Bought it because it's 3.1, so future proofing. Check to make sure your cable provider is actually giving you what you're paying for. Also worth it if you're stuck with a $10/month rental fee as it'll pay for itself.

Was having overall connectivity issues and the cable company wanted to send me one of their routers. I couldn't see paying them a leasing fee so I bought this one. Easy to connect, lightning fast and nice improvement.

I needed a gigabit compatible modem that would work with my cable company (Cox) in Northern VA. It took about an hour and 3 Cox support folks, but I was finally able to get it registered, connected and online. Once I hooked up my router, I was ready to rock. The speed is GREAT! I have like 25 devices connected, via my router, to this modem. Even being routed through my router, devices operating at 5G are getting downloads speeds almost a 400MB/sec. 2.4GHz are much slower, around 100MB/sec. I have my computers, tablets, and smart home devices connecting at 2.4GHz, so not really an issue there. My streaming services are at 5Ghz, and that's where I'm seeing the great improvements and stability. We stream everything, TV, Radio, Movies and this speeds are amazing. Get this router and get a service that gives you gigabit speeds. You won't regret it.
