I heavily researched modems compatible with Comcast and this one is one of the highest rated and now I know why. It’s super fast and I haven’t had any issues with it yet. If you are looking for a modem then you should consider this one.

Easy to connect. (Even easy to get Spectrum to activate--minor miracle!!!) Small, compact. Good value for price. Good communication from NETGEAR when their support is ending.

I own two of these on two different cable companies. The one I bought this one for was for Cox cable Gigablast. The modem works with out issues, and gets the speeds as listed. No drops, and no issues.

Bought as an upgrade to my modem due to provider upgrades. It was easy to setup. The speeds for uploading and downloading were notably improved. As one of the recommended modems by the provider ratings were it had the the best combined value and rating.

This thing is so solid, better than what spectrum gives you. I have it pairs with a wifi router Nighthawk, it hits its maximum all the time.

Very easy setup with Xfinity. As long as you are on a compatible service plan you can use the online portal and set this up without having to make any calls. Works great and better speeds than the isp issued modem.

Simple to hook up...a quick call to Comcast and it was activated. Great increase in speed compared to the previous cable modem I was using. Pricey but I wanted this one to last for a while and I think I have plenty of headroom with this model to achieve that.

Bought this to replace an older unit that was getting hot. This is as advertised. easy to connect and blazing fast. Easy to see lights for connectivity.

Was looking for an upgrade for our old modem as well as modem/router. This one did both as we needed and even is up to date to be able to handle the 1gb speeds now being offered by xfinity. Easy setup as well.

Cox recommended it. Works like a champ. easy to set up.

Perfect for gigabit internet with xfinity. tried using modem I had before and couldn't get past 500mbps. upgraded my modem to this one activated and got around 989mbps wired which is way better than before. It does get warm and needs to be ventilated

This router works really well. I only have 500Mbps, but it works great!

This one is even better than the previous Model Modem,,as 3.0 Docsis Modem's are being phased out,,in order to meet the needs of us who do multiple things,,gamers,,video streamers,,etc etc

With that modem, I now get the full 500 Mbs speed on Wowway. Setup was easy: call my cable company with the mac address of the modem. Everything was taken care quickly. Did not experience any issue since I got it.

Comcast now boasts that they have gigabit speeds, great right? Not when their own modem, THEIR OWN MODEM restarts eight times a day. Bought this guy and not only is it reliable, but it also is 10% faster than Comcast own modem as well! Props guys.

JUST RECENTLY UPGRADED TO COMCAST GIGA BIT INTERNET SPEED AND BOUGHT THIS MODEM TO HANDLE THE SPEED. WORKING GREAT SO FAR. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED. NEEDED A DOCSIS 3.1 MODEM FOR GIGA BIT SPEED AND THIS MODEM CAN HANDLE IT. SO FAR SO GOOD

Performs as advertised. We reliably get 450MB+ down over cable and this works seamlessly with both our unmanaged switch and Nighthawk mesh system. Great setup.

Internet seems twice as fast going from Docsis 3.0 to Docsis 3.1.

Easy to install, much less visible than the Motorola Surfboards I have owned and easier to understand indicator lights. Outstanding performance getting gigabit speed even on wireless devices. Certified by Cox. Highly recommend.

Does exactly what you’d expect for a modem. No more bottleneck on my network. Now I can download and stream quickly and with ease. Installation was easy. Just plug it in and it does it’s thing.
