This was an good upgrade for my home system.

I was unable to have Comcast recognize the new modem. Comcast would not help. I ended up using GeekSquad who did a fine job — knowing the special direct phone numbers and web sites to have the modem communicate with internet. Took the technician an hour of thorough work.

Didnt meet my needs but its not garbage
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I though my internet speeds were gonna be faster with docsis 3.1 but NO it didnt im actually getting about the same speeds as my old motorola 16x4 docsis 3.0 both go between 340Mbps - 360Mbps ill keep the netgear just in case i want to change my plan someday.
