i love this thing

However I have to unplug it and lug it back in a couple of times a day to get it working again. Which is a real drag if not at home no connection

Keeps dropping the internet

Unfortunately, this one drops service as often as the other one did. Total waste of money....

No so good

Im cant return it but i personally would not recommend. M8ne keeps cutting out and not auto restoring so i have to keep unplugging to rest it. i am looking for a new one so basically wasted money. From the reviews many have loved it

Don't buy this

We have a Netgear modem we have had forever, and it works beautifully - still - but we won't be buying another one, because fail me once, shame on you. Fail me twice, shame on me.

Died within 2 months.

I have other products of theirs which I really like. Their support team is willing to replace it but since it is out of stock at the moment they can not process the return. So, I have to keep calling back to check if it is in stock and when it is they will process the return, not a good customer experience. I am going to buy a different brand and keep this one as a back up.
