    This is now my second Netgear router and they have both broke in just over 4 months. Conveniently enough, because YOU HAVE TO PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO GET PHONE SUPPORT AFTER 90 days!!! This is by far the worse, aggressive, sales type of phone support I've ever had to deal with. I will never purchase another Netgear product again. I would rather use a dial up internet then use another Netgear product again! You have been warned! They work great until they don't.

    Needs gearing up

    It does the job but I still can’t get tone orange light to turn green even after calling support but it still works Also at times have to hit set up after turning TV back on, not sure why. Set up was difficult but it does the job. For all it’s issues the price is too high.

    Installed easy now I'm getting faster speeds and less slow speeds (fewer drops)lowest I seen was 60 and before was down to 10

    I purchased this to get rid of comcast modem. We could not get it to link up correctly . It took several days to even get it to hook up correctly and then I could not get it to link correctly to our router. Called several times to linksys and comcast. Very disappointed with whole process.

    A piece of junk. It ran for 5 months and then totally died. A total waste of $169.00. I replaced it with a ARRIS cable modem. Don't waste your time or money on this cable modem. Trying to get Netgear to replace it is impossible. Low quality, bad quality control

    I bought the modem but had to bring it back to the store it seems like something was loose inside the casing and wouldn't bond with my cable internet service "Xfinity"so the quality of the workmanship of the modem was lacking.

    Hardware failure within 6 months. Best Buy wont help since its past the 30/45 day. Called Netgear. 3 hours on phone with them telling me I have 1 year of warranty but no tech support. I assured them no worries I just need the hardware replacement. 3 transfers 45 min each on with someone who is hopefully going to start the RMA process.
