Easily connected to my internet provider, no calls just follow the on screen tabs. Always on, never have to reboot. I guess I’ve had this modem for month now and it has been working like I expected.

Getting full speeds with no problems or power/signal disruption. Very easy to setup, just plug in and call cable company to activate. Also, very aesthetically pleasing.

the installation/swapout was uneventful and fairly easy to do using the instructions provided and it appears to to working out well.

We use this in our vacation home paired with the Orbi AC 2200. We couldn't be more satisfied. It's compatible with Xfinity and setup was a breeze. Did it all online. I only wish that it was compatible with Optimum (Cablevision).

DOCSIS 3.1 is worth the upgrade! Along with a faster speed tier from Xfinity, this works great. Only had for a couple months so can't attest to the durability of this modem but so far so good.

Meets expectations on xfinity gigabit internet service. Since installing, its been very reliable and speeds have been consistently near the full gigabit speed.

Needed a new modem for gigabit internet and this one fit the bill. We read reviews first to make sure and so far, it has delivered for 30 days straight, no disconnections or lag.

Upgraded to this modem for Cox high speed internet and everything from installation to setup was made incredibly easy. Essentially plug n play. Using it with a Netgear router for weeks now without any hiccups or reboots.

I replaced my ISP-Provided router with this, and my internet has been a lot more reliable. It also uses significantly less power than the old one and kicks off less heat.

I got this to replace an Arris Surfboard modem. I use Xfinity internet. The Netgear was easy to set up and I get faster speeds

I originally bought a Arris mod cause I recently upgraded my internet to 1000mbps. Turns out that modem wasnt fully supported by Xfinity and the quickest i got was 600. The netgear was supported So i swapped. Never looked back since. Its kinda nice to see the speedtest hit 900-1000. The only downside is that it only has 1 ethernet port and its not wireless. But that im a gamer so i knew what to pair it with. I paired it with the new wireless router Netgear Nighthawk RAX80 with the new wifi6 standard.... totally recommend these 2

I bought this modem to make an upgrade to gig speed internet at home. Setup is a breeze and you’re ready to go with a high end product you’re not renting from the service provider.

Internet works great, easy set up. We dropped directv and stream now, dont miss it at all. We haven't had any interruptions in streaming since we got this router.

I work from home & was tired of paying rent to the cable company for my modem/router. This is a great modem. It works seamlessly.

Nice modem, went for this one to handle xfinity 1 gb service. Of course xfinity didn't deliver 1gb but the router works great. better than renting from xfinty each month too!

Had it for a few months and have had no issues and im running at least 15 different devices all prettu much at the same time

Does an excellent job with Xfinity. I get full speed of my plan and have had no issue that are related to modem .

Replaced an ARRIS modem that went out after only 4 months. This was simple to install and activate on my Xfinity/Comcast connection. Price was competitive with on-line price. Works great with Netgear router.
