Netgear has always been my go to for internet and networking. Their products are high quality and easy to use while not breaking the bank. Yes, they sometimes cost a bit more than the alternatives next to them, but I have never had an issue with Netgear equipment.

The NETGEAR - 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem 1 gig is excellent for HD streaming, downloading and gaming while maintaining stable internet speeds. Once up and running it has maintained constant speeds. My service from the ISP is 1 gig so this modem fits perfect. When tested I get constant 850Mbps - 980Mbps. So far no random issues and complaints. Also, the ability to mange your modem settings is a huge plus.

I purchased this item because im sick of paying 13.00 every month from cable company. It works great and it was easy to install. I already have netgear router so im familiar with these products. I just happened to catch it on sale! Im very satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this cause it was DOCSIS 3.1. I was uprgading my modem cause Spectrum said i needed to to reach over 300Mbps. It turned out I didnt need a new modem as the one I had worked with Spectrum. Spectrum has a list of what modems work with their service. Mine was listed. So I didnt need a new modem. The funny part is that the new modem said it didnt work with Spectrum to begin with. I didnt see the writing on the box lol

Best bang for your buck modem. Extremely fast. Setup was easy. Highly impressed.

Bought this to replace comcast modem works great only issue was dealing with comcast to connect it but I also bought eero routers 1st time we’ve had a good connection in whole house

Well so far the module it’s doing very well ! The only thing that I’m concerned this box it has only 1 female plug ! I need a box with @ least 2 plugs ! The reason is the I need it to plug my lil monitor for my solar panels and I end up buying @ splitter and I don’t think it’s the right thing to do ! Thanks

High speeds, low latency, more than enough ports for routers/switches.

No problems with the modem..I have the cm1000v2 that was released to work with spectrum..seems the only way to tell it's a v2 is to open the box and look on the bottom of the modem..Do not waste your time asking the store manager as for he treated me terrible and I was forced to purchase and return 3 modems to get the one I needed.

Needed a new router and this fits the Bill! Super fast, easy to use. Really happy.

Excellent modem. Very easy to setup and use. Fast speed. Have not had any issues.

Haven't had any issue, running about a month solid without resetting. Speed tested correct the whole time.

It handle traffic really well. 300 mbps from xfinity run smoothly across several devices.

I have tried a couple of times to use those Motorola modems and they have always given me troubles. I upgrade every now and then because Comcast Service allows faster speeds, and unfortunately you have to upgrade your modem as well as the Comcast Service to take advantage of the faster speeds "more channels" if you want it. Netgear modems work great and I have a pile of them now from priors.

This is a little on the high side as far as the price but it was very easy to setup. It is also very fast.

Straight modem only and is approved by all the major carriers (non Wi-Fi) but if coupled with the right wi-fi system your golden . super simple system to use

I purchased this Netgear modem along with several other modems that were also DOCSIS 3.1 compliant. Since I work in IT and I work from home, I needed a modem that could take advantage of my 400 Mpbs broadband. The Spectrum cable modem - using DOCSIS 3.0 wasn't giving me all my speed! Once I plugged this Netgear in, I saw a big improvement. It handily beat the other manufacturers (Arris, etc.)

Netgear has been a very reliable modem. My Arris modem was good for a while, but started dropping connections after some time. I try replacing it once, and it lasted about 2 months before having the same issues. I was informed by a Xfinity service tech that they've seen that problem a lot with Arris modems and referred me to try Netgear as it's been the most reliable one they've seen.
