I had a little trouble with the setup but all I had to do was call my provider first (atlanticbb) so they could plug in the modem. Didn't have to do any setup other than plug it in call isp service and connect to router. All together for the price on the modem and the Netgear ac1750 r6400v2 router it was worth the cost. Super fast internet and haven't had any problems.

I loved it while I had it but I had to return it because I got fiber Internet put in and they don’t use it. It was really powerful and did a good job and you can’t go on purchasing this.

I bought this modem a few weeks ago and so far there have been no hiccups. The speeds I get are >500 Mbps download and about 25Mbps upload with latencies around 10ms. It handles all this pretty well, given the fact that there are times that we play games, watch Netflix and Stream YouTube simultaneously and there still isn't any problems. The only con is that it can be a bit pricey.

I like this better than the one I was renting from Cox seems faster speeds and less lag & haven't had a issue with being kicked

Save the ~$7 a month it costs for your modem rental, and this modem pays for itself after nearly a year. It's nice to have paid an upfront cost, and less monthly, and after the 13th month it will be a persistent savings. The speeds are fast, and the device could easily accept a quicker connection than my 1GB leased line, so I am very happy with this purchase.

This has been the best modem in the history of modems. 10 out of 10 recommend buying this product. You won't regret it! If anyone tries to say that their modem is better than this one, don't believe them. They're wrong. You can't go wrong with this modem, it single handedly saved my marriage. Get to the store now and buy one to see for yourself!

Easy setup, fast speed. I have always preferred Netgear modems. This has been one of the best so far.

I needed this modem to get the full speed I was paying for with my internet provider. This worked well after it was installed. The installation took a little bit of time to do, but most of it was time spent with the internet company and not an issue with this product. Excellent product and has never failed since installed.

There’s absolutely nothing I could say wrong about this modem because it’s so Next Gen. they haven’t even introduced the technology that this supports yet. But as far as easy install, it’s definitely that easy. My previously modem was actually a [g] which was the newest thing since ‘dial up’. So for now I’m just happy living in the 21st century and being updated with all you fine folks.
