Pricey, but Works

So far, it gets the job done. I probably would have went with the other model that has extra ports if I had the money.

I was not getting the speeds I paid for so I decided to get my own equipment. I also bought an Orbi Mesh WiFi system to go with this modem. My speeds are so fast now and I am getting higher speeds then I am paying for. I would highly recommend this modem.

Extreme upgrade; helpful Netgear support

I upgraded from a combined Modem/Router to this modem and a Netgear Nighthawk router as I was noticing lag and issues. The new combo has been going for about 2 weeks now and is blazing fast. I was having some trouble with the ISP with install and called Netgear and they got it all working well.

We have been told in the near future we will have this option. With our previous modem being 13 years old, when I upgraded, opted to be as future proof as I could be at the time. Bit more expensive, but this method has proven to be cheaper over time.

No problems thus far. Had to buy a modem that was compatible with Xfinity’s service (as my husband and I had no intention to use Xfinity’s modem due to how costly it would be to rent theirs over time) and this one definitely works well.

Honestly not a bad modem for the cost and speed. Stop paying comcast for rental of their junk. Got this paired with the netgear gaming router with WiFi 6, gets the job done for the whole house.

No Brainer Part II

Got it up and running, connected to all my devices easily (combined with the router setup of course)...way less painful than I expected and am saving $13 a month by NOT renting the modem router from my provider. It'll pay for itself in a few months
