This modem has been stunningly reliable. The modem xfinity provides, i was having to reset multiple times a week. The netgear modem by contrast i have only had to reset once since i bought it, which in my world reliable uptime is incredibly vital. In conclusion, i couldn't be happier.

This is a great Docsis 3.1 modem for Comcast. I needed a new cable modem when I upgraded to comcast extreme 450 internet. Setup and connection were easy. I did have to call comcast to have the modem provisioned, but once that was done, the modem worked great.

We were sick of paying comcast to rent their equipment, so we bought our own and this one has worked flawlessly since we switched. I use this with my eero router stystem, highly recommended.

The sales tech recommended this product when I needed to replace a rental modem from the cable company. I only wish I had known that I could use my own modem sooner and save some of those lease fees. Oh well...don't lease, buy! My connectivity times improved 100% with this new modem.

Great cable modem for what I needed. I've got Xfinity 100 Mbps service, and I'm clocking 121 Mbps speed. Streaming movies through my Firestick is flawless, and there is no lag!

Don't pay to rent your modem, buy one yourself and experience better internet! I've had great luck with NETGEAR products - and this is no exception!

Super fast modem. Completely fixed my internet issues with Spectrum. I highly recommend buying a new modem instead of renting. This one will be able to go with us if we ever switch services.

I mean, it is a modem, nothing too interesting to report. We have had it since Fall 2019 and have not experienced a single issue with the device. It paired amazingly with our Linksys Router and Cox had not issue sending our internet through it.

When i upgraded my internet i just purchased this modem outright and it is so worth it. Having the modem/router combo is good when you have a simple network. But for more complex setups, having a dedicated modem is well worth it.

I do notice that, with this DOCSIS 3.1 router, we don't get as many spinning wheels when loading data. I was skeptical as first but it was a good purchase.

It is saving me $10 month on my internet bill so eventually it will pay for itself. The equipment has been working well thus far with no issues. I will say that my internet speeds are more consistent now but I also use this with a new Netgear Orbi mesh router so it is hard to tell where the improvement is coming from.

Immediately my download speed goes up to 500+mb (was about 80mb). Xfinity asked me to upgrade my device and I got the speed as expected with this new Modem.

Recently upgraded our internet service to Cox Preferred 250 (250 MB/s), and this modem is definitely needed to enjoy the high speed. So far no issues.

Switched from the 3.0 model nighthawk to the 3.1 and definitely see the speed increase making it much better for my son to keep up with some of the newer Xbox games he plats. A great addition to our network.

It does require connecting PC directly to modem for activation. Comcast increased our DL speed, and in checking that out I noticed the SB6141 was no longer supported. While pricey ($200-), I'm hopeful this will be compatible for 5 years or more. And yes, it's faster.

Gets the job done. Reaches gigabit speed and perfect for it. Bought it on sale too so no complaints.

Great modem, in true cord cutter fashion I have increased my need for bandwidth. I was using a 16x4 and boy was that overloaded. Updated my router and helped a bit but it wasn't until I swapped my modem that things took off. The 32X8 is what is needed for my current needs.

I was having trouble with my current internet provider's modem. I decided it was time to buy my own instead of renting one from them. I've only had to reboot the modem once since I have had it. That is a big improvement compared to before.

Not cheap by any means but if you want the best or at least the high end quality then this is the one. Easy install and works beautifully. Reaches all or rooms in in 3 floor home. I recommend it.

I love Nighthawk modems. Their app is easy to use especially for reboots while away from home.
