Great product. Produced really fast download speeds and allows multiple streaming services to be going on different devices without any issues.

Have had this modem for 6 months and have had zero issues. Works fantastic for our needs, including working from home and streaming TV and videos.

It's not sure what to do without the error+mesh routers that I try to use but they don't want to pair up and I have been trying to return these items because they are not going to do what I needed to pair up with My cameras so I can see what happens out of my bedroom as I recover from back surgeries and I have to make sure that my Spine is fused straight and then I can see the difference between the Netgear modem and eero 6+mesh routers that just resting in the boxes

It's a modem so there isn't really much to say here. Everything was as advertised. I have gig service and was getting close (980+/-) to that from the modem. I would recommend this to anyone who has gig service.

Bought this to replace an Xfinity unit I finally stopped renting. I'd been tracking my speeds on Ookla (50-80 Mbps) now with the CM1000 they are at least twice as fast (160-180 Mbps!) Had no idea that this modem could make such a huge difference. Highly recommend.

i had a Arris-docsis-3.0-cable-modem but still was having trouble with my internet speed so I decided to get NETGEAR CM1000 it was a little more but worth every penny now my internet is fast and does not slow down.

It works as expected and doesn't overheat like a similar Arris product.

Easy setup, just call ISP and read them the info, follow their three steps and you're connected! Not many options for personal configurations but handles different situations exceptionally. Definitely a great buy, will make the investment back by the time the ISP contract is up by not having monthly rental costs from the ISP.

This modem replaced my old one and it works well. Right now i have had no problems with it holding the load of devises we have in the house connected to it. we have at least 30 things connected to it at one time.

It performs properly. The price is reasonable. A good purchase.

This unit was not compatible with my cable company. Worked great for a little while, then they did an update on their system and it wouldn’t work anymore. I’m sure it’s not the box, but the cable company. Might want to check with your’s to check compatibility. When it worked, it was super fast!

Easy set up, 1gb speed no problem. Running 3 pc’s, 2 ps4s, 4 smart TVs, 5 smart phones, 2 Arlo security cameras, MyQ garage door opener. Obviously not running all at same time but never experienced slowness using this modem with my Nighthawk router.

great service ordered it on line for pickup, it was really within the hour and exactly what we wanted.

i accidentally bought this because it was a combo unit, i returned it unopened. if you do buy it make sure you have a router capable of 500mbs or you wont get all the use out of it

we've used a modem cable for years and knew it was time to upgrade when streaming shows would time out - researched the market and found this model to be "future ready". having used it for a month we have not had a single incident of streaming time out and our teenage gamer is happy as can be gaming away in the basement. - highly recommend to use with a netgear nighthawk router - we use the AC5300. highly recommend this cable modem - saves money as you don't pay cable company for renting a never-upgraded box from the cable company.

Replaces an old Apple system. Very easy and fast to set up. So far very happy with it.

We thought our old one died but after replacing it with this one we were still having internet connection problem. It turned out to be the ISP. Still very happy that we replaced it because this one is sooo much faster.

Fast and the way to set up. Fastest speeds I've hit on Xfinity gigabit was 800 down/40 up. My only gripe (which ended up being a non issue based on where I ended up placing it was lack of wall mount capability.

This router is so fast! I have it paired with the high end Nighthawk WiFi and I've never seen files upload and download so quickly, especially wirelessly. I never complain about my Internet or WiFi signal anymore. My WiFi is better at home than at work. I love it.

This product is very easy to install. Like the look of the product. It takes very little space. Works great with my system. The price was just right. Was looking for a product and found the right one!
