Your internet will thank you for having a great modem. I checked for the heat of the modem which is a tell tale sign if it is pretty good as a product. This modem handles the fast speeds and I needed the upgrade.

The nighthawk has been a great edition to my home network. I have a smaller 2 level family home. Easy setup and works will with Comcast/Xfinity network.

Replaced a Motorola Modem. Best decision on that move. Easy to set up.. Take out of the box, call provider, give them info, and then plug-in power, coaxial, and ethernet. Give it a few minutes to register on the network and your ready to surf. I connected this device to a Mesh Network and the coverage is great!

We upgraded our internet. We were provided a modem from the internet provider and our internet worked way worse than before the upgrade. Decided to try this modem and boom! Internet is flying with several devices in use!

I am using it on Cox 1gb service. No issues...easy to set up.

The product probably works great, but the employee told us the wrong things about it so it didn't work for us and had to return. So knocking off a star for the hassle of being told it did something it didn't and having to drive back ajd forth.

Had an older Motorola MB modem and needed a faster one with more devices and streaming games. Simple call to Xfinity enabled my faster download speed of 400Mb versus 179Mb on my old modem. Now, i’m Getting the bandwidth i’m paying for.

If you are tired of paying for a modem rental, and have your own wifi router or don't care about wifi this is the modem for you! It was super easy to setup and works really well. I have not had any issues with it. Definitely recommend!

I followed the directions and everything was up and running in minutes. I really thought i'd have an issue, since the cable tech didn't set anything up. So once he was gone I connected the coax line to the modem and turned it on everything just worked.

We needed one badly for our home, once this was installed it's been working great and taking care of all the issues we were experiencing before we owned it. My grandson is happy with it too, he no longer has issues when playing his PlayStation 4.

Replaced a surfboard modem. This one has had to cycle, but that might be Comcast too. I have a netgear the last time and it worked for three or four years. But I was worried about the speed with everyone on their 5G phones and tablets and all. But then the wife took the kids and ran off with some married pharmacist. The speed is fine now.

I got this modem to replace my old Motorla Surfboard. I upgraded my service from Spectrum and it works great! I also bought a Nighthawk XR500 rputer to combo with this modem for blazing speeds. Suuuuuuper happy.

I finally got fed up with resetting my cable company provided modem 1-4 times per day. I bought this one to be prepared for when DOCSIS 3.1 becomes the norm. It has been really fast and I have yet to need to reset it in the month I've owned it. Very pleased.

I've had problems with installations of modems in the past, so the fact that this one installed easily is a plus! it was more expensive than I wanted to pay, but the extra features helped me decide on this unit rather than a less expensive one.

I was looking into replacing my old Modem with Comcast due to reaching 4-5 years of use. The biggest headache I had with replacing the modem with Comcast was reading the serial number. Save yourself the rental fee and purchase one today.
