Excellent replacement for cox cable modem, supports all their internet plans including gigablast without paying $10 per month modem rental. Took less than 10 minutes on the phone with cox technical support to get up and running.

Once i downloaded the correct Xfinity app setup was easy. Have had this installed for about three weeks with no problems. Getting the UL/DL speeds i should.

Tried an Arris SB8200 first with Cox Gigablast but ended up having nothing but issues with random reboots. I exchanged it for this modem. So far so good, hopefully it will stay that way. I’ve heard similar complaints from other customers.

Recently my internet provider upgraded their system and I was not receiving my subscribed download speeds. After some research I elected to buy the CM1000 Modem. Easy to install and immediately my download speed doubled from my previous modem.

The Nighthawk DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem was a replacement for a 13-year-old modem that wasn't cutting it any longer. Got it hooked up easily and worked exactly as described.

For the price, it is worth it mostly if you don't want the purchase vaule of the CM2000 one and it does the same basically just looks slick and newer. Personally as long it supports fiber optics you are alright with speed. Just your location makes a difference.

Not terribly priced and the hardware is great. Very easy to setup and use with your ISP. If I had a complaint itd be that I wish it'd be slightly shorter or have the ability to have the stand on the units side.

I had to upgrade my modem for newer internet service and purchased the Netgear Nighthawk. It seemed like immediate connection with ORBI and voilà! We on! Great product!

Finally broke the chains off from Xfinity modem rental and couldn't be more happy for the switch. Definitely see the major difference.

In my opinion a good modem is one that you don't have to think about at all. This is very much been the case with the nighthawk! Our connection is fast and handily serves a variety of devices. The packaging also made it very easy to figure out that this device worked with our isp as well. I would highly recommend this modem to anyone looking for something that you can just set up and not have to worry about afterwards.
