Super Fast Modem

Netgear Nighthawk DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem

My connection is now much more stable. Static speeds and the best part? Not having to give money to my ISP for rentals anymore. This is basically going to pay itself off in a year. Very small and simple to use. Would highly recommend this. Especially when it's on sale.

Suddenlink Service Rep claims wont work for 1 gig

It may but Suddenlink rep claims it will not work with Suddenlink service which requires DOCSIS 3.0. Apparently it did not because Suddenlink never activated modem. Hard to know for sure but returned for another Netgear product that supports DOCSIS 3.0 and is working fine. Return to Best Buy was easy and efficient.
