Nothing but headaches

Try messing with the settings but no luck. This is my second replacement so hopefully this one will be OK; otherwise, it's going back and will wait for a new AX extender to come out since Netgear is the only brand that's out there. All I know is that this shouldn't happened on a $250 device.

Had to reboot daily!

I could not keep it connected, I had to reboot daily and sometimes twice a day. Tried Netgear support and they were completely useless. I have to say when it was connected it was good, the reason I didn't do 1 star.

Instructions is in the box so simple. Great range. If you are not willing to pay the $250.00 go on to the netgear site and see what can work for you in your home, but this one and the one right before it, is perfect.

Great boost when internet reliability is needed

This is a piece of junk and a rip off.

This extender has serious problems. Read the reviews and save your money. It will work for a few hours and then need to be rebooted, Over and over again. It will show it cannot connect to the router even when it is less than 10 feet from the router. On the other hand, it will show the connection is good but then lower your speed less than what it was without the extender. This is a defective product. Do not buy.

Resets to Factory Defaults Every Few Days

This device keeps power cycling and resetting itself to the factory defaults. Yes, you read correctly, every few days, this item would literally reset itself and act like I was installing it for the first time. Over a month, it did this at least 25 times. NETGEAR support was terrible about this and dealing with them put me outside my return window for BestBuy. Don't try to resolve issues through NETGEAR, take items like this back to BestBuy ASAP. When it was working, it was great. Maybe when/if they can fix the software issue (or hardware defects) causing this issue, it would be a great purchase. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Perfect Extender

Was an easy setup and now I have no trouble getting both a 5gcand 2g signal all over my house.
