Never got it to work !!

Technical support is a joke, very hard to communicate with them because they cannot understand English very well. They seem to wait on key words and try to assist from there . I was told twice the 2 devices was defective???

Don’t buy!

AX6000 not a good choice

I have to reset it about every other week. I've uninstalled it from my network and reinstalled it. The Nighthawk software really sucks as well. They need to come up with better equipment and software for the price they are charging.

Useless mesh extender

Went with Orbi instead

I was looking for a mesh set-up but this did not work well. I purchased an Orbi WiFi 6 system and it works like a champ.
