My coax connection in my room is slower than my living room connection. So i have to leave the cable modem in the living for the fastest speeds. having this extender is amazing. Getting a solid 700-800 mbps

Only part of a solution

Great to have wired client multiples from a unit like this, but sort of useless with anything not also a WiFi 6 router of blistering speed.

It helped extend wifi signal and I was able to see improvement with wifi devices plus my doorbell camera for homekit. Highly recommend.
