I am more than happy with the performance of this extender. I have it installed in my Travel Trailer that is hooked up about 50 feet from my house. WIFI signal was down to 1 bar outside. I installed the NETGEAR - AC2200-Nighthawk X4 WiFi Range Extender and have full strength coverage! The only reason I didn't recommend 5 stars was I had to call and get support to walk me through the process. I'm tech savvy...The manual instructions did not flow...Information left out, holes in the steps, etc. But again, the product rocks!

Set this up to get better coverage on the other side of the house and it’s worked great. Setup was easy, especially with WPS buttons on the router and this extender. Great coverage and signal strength for our application.

Easy installation in my shop about 50 yards from router in main house. No electrical plug near window but transmits high speed signal through walls to every corner and outside 20 yards even farther away from router. Works great and well worth the money!

Easy set up and working great. Put in a back bedroom located about 50 ft away going through the length of the house, doors, etc... No issues and covers both floors and basement

My ATT&T router is located at one end of my home and the bedrooms are located 75 - 80 feet diagonally opposite the router location at the other end of the home. Wi-fi signal strength was poor (didn't expect a degraded signal this "close" to the router. Drywall and studs apparently are effective blockers). I purchased the Nighthawk X4 extender and installed it in an electrical outlet in the hallway that leads to the bedrooms. It is situated about 30 feet from the router. Signal strength to the bedroom areas is now very strong. I am very satisfied with the performance of this device. . Mission accomplished!

This was simple to setup and forget. I have the whole house covered and no drops in signal.

I have to reset my router daily when I have this plugged in. It works great when it is plugged, but then we have to reset the router because it looses internet.

Purchased this extender and now I have very good signal and speed down stairs where before my signal was weak. Make sure that the light is green indicating that the extender gets good signal from your router.

I wasn't able to connect to my wi-fi on my back patio, and now I can, so in that regard the extender works. The coverage is glitchy, though, both inside the house and outside. I had no problem with my wi-fi inside the house before we added this, so the occasional loss of internet connectivity came as a surprise when we routed everything through the device. It works well when it's working, though.

Very easy to read setup instruction. Was a breeze to setup. Couldn’t b happier! Does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The range is more than I expected, I can move around the house and outside on my property with a good WiFi signal

So far, so good. Easy setup. Does what it says it will, boosts my signal.

I am using this to extend a XFINITY WIFI network. The extender is easy to install and configure. Speed test show very little degradation of speed. Now my home does not have any WIFI dead spots. Highly recommended.

I haven’t been able to get the best results yet however there is a better result for my computer I can now go outside of the house and get service but I understand I should be getting better service than that so I will be call the Greek square for more information and where I can place it for better results

We just love these NETGEAR Nighthawk Extenders. We have purchased 2 (one for the detached garage and one for inside the house). Originally, we needed one for inside the house because we weren't received strong wi-fi in the back bedrooms. This solved the problem. Then, when we got our house generator, we needed one for the garage so we could get updates on the generator. Again, this NETGEAR Nighthawk did the trick! It's easy to install. Is small enough to not be in the way. Powerful enough to provide us with the wifi strength we need to run all of our products. I would HIGHLY recommend!!

Dual band router extender that works exactly as advertised. Easy setup and password protected so no one can access your network. The range is phenomenal. I highly recommend this product over any other.

WE FIXED A PORTABLE GARAGE UP AS APT FOR OUR DAUGHTER IN BACKYARD. SHE COULDN'T RECEIVE OUR INTERNET. THEN WE GOT THIS ONE & VERY SIMPLE TO SET UP. NOW THE SPEED FLY'S!. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE SPEED. APT IS APPROX 50' FROM EXTENDER. .

Replaced an early version of a different brand and so happy that I did. Super easy connection to my network and great signal extension to my area that was like the Bermuda Triangle.

Setup is easy, results from range extender are satisfactory.
