It’s improved the signal in my house but only by a minimum, could be our area, but this product does not deliver on its promise

I can never get these to work correctly, always seem to have hand off issues. Better to just buy a mesh system new then add on later

This is not for the item listed this is for a USB splitter I sent my daughter to pick up when she got to the store they told me I had to add her I added her for the pickup and then they tell me it's going to be an hour away that is absurd if I can get the email back in 5 minutes why do I have to wait an hour for the package to be re tagged, I heard the president said we try to making it an exciting experience it definitely was exciting but in a negative Direction

If you are the only one in your house online then it can work ok however even then it will drop the internet connection

Not very pleased with this purchase, in that, it didn't make my tv or laptop any faster, in fact, it's sporadic at best.

Did not work at all for its intended purpose, and basically ruined the WiFi that I did have. I spent 30+ days thinking I had a WiFi / router issue and by the time I figured out it was the Nighthawk X4 AC2200 (as soon as I unplugged it, my issues went away), my return window at Best Buy (which is ridiculously short at 14 days) was of course closed. So I'm stuck with a $150 paperweight...

It worked for the first few days. After a while it stopped connecting at all. Had to re install and still didn’t work. Waste of $153

Not the best actually too expensive for what it does not worth the money

Unfortunately this product is unreliable. 1st setup was simple and work for about 1 week. After that it dropped all settings and stopped working. I reset and configured like new; it stopped working a few days later. I called Netgear tech support and they could not offer any help, they simply walked me through the setup I had already done. It worked for a few days and dropped again. I can't return the product because I kept if for more than 15days, it's frustrating because it works one day then not the next.

I usually review the product before i buy. Wished i had of reviewed this one as oppose to relying in the salesperson. I could not access the wps from my internet connection and when i tried to access online, I was warned repeatedly that the site was not secured. If you have att uverse, don't even consider this product. You won't be able to connect to your secured internet and if you go online to connect, it is not secured. Very disappointed in the salesperson especially since i have to come back in and get another product.

I’ve had great performance from Netgear products, but this item just didn’t have the range to help my coverage. I had to return it.

It's dead after only a little over 2 months.. always thought Netgear was a good product but I spent 150 on this to have it "not connected to the internet". My TPlink I paid 40 for still works 3 years later...pretty upset and Best Buy only offers 15 day returns? yea no.

Didn't work for my home. I ended up buying a new router and modem. Now I'm stuck with this product cause best buy only allows to return for 15 days.

The wi-fi coverage in my room has been weak, so went to Best Buy and I purchased this wi-fi extender (Ignoring price) because I just wanted the best available in store. I don't know what the reviews read, whether good or bad but something tells me I should've read them first because my wi-fi reception seems exactly the same. Being a patient person I have given it some time but to no avail. I'm pretty sure Best Buy won't take it back because they only have a 15 day return policy, so I will continue to wait it out.

Did not solve our Wi-Fi connectivity issue downstairs. Seems to not do much and overpriced.

Not quite the compatible with the structure of my home. Disappointed , but I had to return.

Dropped my internet every 30 min or so. No matter how I set it up or where I put it in conjunction with my modem.

The problem I am having is although it certainly helped boost the signal it was not nearly as strong as I was lead to believe. Downstairs Is still a struggle.

While it looked like a great deal - an AC2200 extender with wide coverage, it was a disaster. It could not see the host router, despite being right beside it. When I manually entered the SSID, it rejected the password for 2.4GHz but suddenly saw the 5GHz - and rejected that password as well. Save yourself some frustration and avoid this product.
