Not Worth the $$$

Better Range Than I Expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took me a little while to get this extender set up, but once all the lights went green I knew I was in business. I actually got this unit to increase the wifi range at my business, which occupies nearly 8000 square feet. Once I placed it pretty much centrally, I walked to the farthest corners of our space and couldn't believe I had full signal strength to everywhere except minus one bar in one corner, but still plenty strong enough to stream. I think this unit is actually substantially stronger than the router I've been using, provided by my cable company. What's cool about how this thing works is, you still keep your initial wifi network with it's area of coverage, and then the extender creates two additional beefy networks, a 2G and a 5G. I could have easily spent lots of $$$ on professional IT help and commercial equipment; this little powerhouse is worth every penny of what I think is a reasonable $140 price tag. Thanks to everyone else who reviewed this product, I found those helpful!
