Took MINUTES to set up. Seriously the easiest router system ever. Replaced an old Lynksys router as it wasn’t keeping up with our ever increasing number of devices. This provides whole home coverage at full available speed.

After dealing with garbage wifi for years I upgraded to the orbi ax 6000. I have a 1350 sq ft home. I now get full wifi bars 120 feet away BEHIND my garage. Only1 negative. it is expensive but it is worth it.

Fantastic product, helped fix ALL the dead zones. I get blazing speed with my gigbyte fiber. Very reliable and the app interface is easy to use and has great analytics, albeit for the layman.

Don’t listen to all the complaining and whining.... Replaced a Linksys Velop system with the new Wi-Fi six routers… Was hesitant to purchase based on all the negative reviews of the issues with 2.4 GHz Internet of thing products… I have over 74 devices on my Wi-Fi and there was not an issue adding a single solitary device including ring... The only reason why I didn’t give it five Stars was speed is not as advertised, however, in a rambling Hollywood Regency style home with lots of concrete walls, it’s to be expected… It’s simple and easy to setup. The only trick to get this working perfectly is to update the firmware as soon as you get the product home… Do not start adding devices until you have updated the firmware and everything works perfectly

Wouldn’t set up properly, but calling Netgear support got it up and running without the app. Coverage and speeds are great. The satellites have seemingly randomly disconnected, but unplugging and plugging back in corrects for a while. Not as many settings / options, but easy to use once setup.

Works great easy setup only thing is at the time of purchase the 3pk was out of stock so plan was to get add on and is way over price for the add on if you need the extra buy the 3pk to save money

I tried several routers before this one. This is the only system that can fully cover my whole house. Fast internet with no lag! Highly recommend this system, it’s worth the money!

I have been very satisfied with the coverage and speed that the Orbi system has provided me. It has met my expectations and then some. The App made it very easy to set up and get my whole home up and running.

So far it's been great. Very easy to set up and all devices seem to have great bandwidth coverage. It's a little pricy, but the coverage and speed for my smart devices make it worth the investment.

Excellent WiFi coverage. One time set up and never have to reset everyday. Phone app is great to keep track of who and what is connected to your internet. Only wish it did not cost so much.

This could be a great product but I missed few things that I had been using for long time. Pros: 1. Comes with armor protection and security which is must these days. 2. Network speed is blazing fast. 3. Very good Network coverage. Cons: 1. There was no control for network broadcast which I always liked. 2. I've also seen network drop when I move from one floor to another. so it isn't very seamless as shown in description. 3. Initial network setup can be tricky if you have wifi modem or planning to keep the current wifi router active. 4. No support for readyshare/readycloud which I've been using for a long time

I love the Netgear Orbi mesh system for a large house. I believe that it’s probably one of the best mesh systems out there. Unfortunately I upgraded from a previous version to the latest Wi-Fi 6 model but for me it was not worth it the money. I see very little if any improvement in my Wi-Fi network. My older version worked just as well. Definitely should not have spent the money on this upgrade.

Best WiFi 6 system in the market. Orbi over all has been great and no matter what version you get.

Absolutely the best router I've ever used. Previously I had a mesh system ( shaped like pucks) from another company and it worked so so with significantly slower speeds than I was paying for throughout my home. Now with this Orb mesh I get fast speed throughout my home and yard. Easy setup. Love it so far.

Been a really solid mesh system, only issue i have with them is i have quite a few wired devices running through a switch which runs through the main modem and it will sometimes get overwhelmed and need a reboot. But other than that, they've been great

What a difference! We live in a rural area with DSL as our only option. In a 6000 soft farmhouse we couldn’t get internet on the second floor and basement. The Orbi took 30 minutes to set up and it’s been a game changer. While expensive, the quote for fiber optic was 15 times as much.

I currently have an Eero 6 Pro system - from what I had read this Orbi system was stronger and perhaps could improve streaming in a completely chord-cut home. At a price tag of over TWICE what I paid for Eero's best... there should be some benefit right? So... $1000 purchase and away I went. I have set up many Wifi systems before - the old days with the two in one routers, old d-link routers, now two Eero systems recently. I have to say that this app and the wizard to set this system up is the WORST I have ever seen. There is NO explanation as to what is going on, what to do next, etc... If there is a problem, it just sits there on a generic screen where it's trying to get you to sign up for other services. I havent even gotten this working yet and you already want more of my money? Figures... So, it says it's set up - going to connect now. My device pops up the wifi symbol... "Cannot connect to Orbi." This happened over and over despite my device saying I'm connected to the Orbi. Although, there's no internet connection. No websites will load... just nothing. So I go looking for help... there is NONE to be found. Essentially what you get in the app is garbage - two liners that tell you to make sure you're not connected to your OLD wifi system (ok, super helpful) and to make sure I'm not using cellular. There is NO contact support anywhere. The only other advice both on their website and in their one page document they send?..... go sift through their community forums. To cut to the chase, I finally found a number online, and never made it to a representative. Tomorrow, this $1000 piece of junk goes back and the Eero's are already back up and running. FYI - I have had to contact Eero's customer service before - there's a number IN the APP (the Orbi app is useless) and they answer very promptly - also easy to understand and helpful. In the end - this equipment MAY have been great given the price, but when it has no support, the setup is vague and not helpful... I'm not likely to invest any more in netgear or even give another orbi unit a try. There are other options out there - save yourself a headache and go with one of those.

Lets see. This Mesh system is hands down the best. I has a AX6600 Nighthawk and this thing blows it out of the water. This Orbi AX6000 is fast. Set up was very easy.

As for how the mesh works, you connect the RBR850 router to an Internet source (like a modem), and the RBS850 satellite will automatically extend the router’s Wi-Fi while sharing the same network settings. You only work with the router unit in terms of setup and management.
