Awesome mesh routers. I’ve tried so many other ones. If you set it up correctly and know what you’re doing, this is the only thing you need. I have about 50 smart devices running on WiFi in the home. Everything works flawlessly.

Exceptionally fast and more coverage area than my previous Eero Pro 6 units. The added Gigabit Ethernet ports versus the Eero Pro 6 was a welcomed addition as well.

Our house has rock siding with a metal roof. Had first version of Orbi and it had worked better than other wifi we tried but was still spotty. Bought the latest and greatest and although an investment, very happy with the house coverage throughout!

Yes. It is expensive, but if you need trustworthy internet service for all of your devices this is the router you need. I have a minimum of 50 devices in my smart home and this is the only router that has been able to keep them all working at maximum potential.

Would of never thought my previous router was keeping me was achieving maximum speed with plugged in equipment as well as wifi attahced. This Orbi allowed me to use my full gigablast I'd been paying for and complaining I wasn't getting, lol.

Ran through a number of routers before paying up for such a powerful system. Our home has fiber routed to the basement with no option from ISP to relocate. With the home having 2700 sqft in total and two floors above the modem WiFi, even with extenders was bleak. This system completely changed that. Strong WiFi speeds at the farthest point in the home of over 500 mbps. Hardline into second satellite box is conservatively over 750 mbps. I’m thoroughly impressed and wouldn’t recommend any other set up.

Best value and quality, full and rich Asus Router

I've been with Google Wifi since Asus Google OnHub, and 1st and 2nd Generation Google Home Wifi, and it's worked for me mostly, until my smart home outgrew it. The Asus Onhub was nice, I had good experience, but as my home eventually outgrew it. I then upgraded to the 1st gen of Google Home wifi, but as more devices were added on, I would lose connection and needed to be reset consistently, then I bought the 2nd Generation to replace it, a 3 mesh node set up. A year or so later, same thing, I needed to reset it consistently. I have 70plus devices on my home wifi, and apparantly Google Home Wifi cannot handle it. So, I tried Netgear Orbi AX6000 with 2 nodes, I hated it, after 2 days. The mobile app was limited in functionality and appeal. Also, you are required to pay an annual subscription to Netgear Armor security. I returned it and exchanged it for this Asus Zen AX6600 XT8. It's been excellent!!! Rich and full featured mobile app with a visually appealing interface, accessibility and control of this router is great and connectivity performance is exceptional. I've increased my wifi speed and coverage at least 3x's. I'm fortunate enough to live in the AT&T fiber area and with GigaNet, this Asus Zen AX6600 XT8 was a great quality and value purchase. No complaints and I would highly recommend. I have 3200 SQFT home 2 stories with this mesh set on each side of the home on the main floor. It provides connectivity throughout my home with 70plus devices on my wifi - tablets, smart TV's, gaming consoles and systems, smart phones, smart lights, smart appliances, smart cameras, and we stream youtube, youtube TV, netflix, hbomax constantly. We use over 1TB of data monthly. Asus Zen AX6600 XT8 is the workhorse I needed. From experience, skip Google Wifi, skip Netgear, go with Asus. AIMesh is for real. I hooked up my inlaws on it with their old Asus router that happened to be compatible with another Asus router and it worked flawlessly.

This Mesh system replaced the Eero Pro 6. This is hands down 100% better then the Eero or the Asus system. Spend the extra money and get the Orbi. Never look back!!

This is simply the best product for block wall homes like here in FL. Nothing penetrates like this one. One drawback is you will loose all the great functionality, except wall penetration, if you have AT&T internet.

Easy setup through the app, and super fast Wifi around the home now. I have a weird L-shaped ranch style home that was making pitiful use of our fiber gigabit internet until I set up the Orbi. I will likely need to add another satellite, but I am already seeing much improved uploads and downloads around the home, even when everyone is video-conferencing at the same time. On average, I get ~250 Mbps up/down at the farthest points from the router/satellite. I wish the Orbi came with even basic device priorities and QoS features, but oh well.

This one works great. I had the AX11000 Nighthawk and it couldn't hold up with my 60+ devices. It started dying after 4 months. This one hasn't missed a beat. The hardware is better, the throughput is better, the distance is better. It's certainly not a sexy piece of hardware but it is the best consumer level wifi 6 router out there. All the online reviews seem to support this as well as my own tests. It doesn't even get that hot like many of the others. In our connected world at home having well performing wifi is a necessity. This one gives you what you pay for.

I was a loyal Linksys customer for years and tried their mesh system. It was complete crap and I gave them an excessive number of chances to make it right, so my expectations for this Orbi system were limited. I was unbelievably amazed at how well this system works. I have better speed, better app functionality, and it has NEVER dropped off line after months of very rigorous use. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend. If you're debating between this and a competitor's product, I've tried the competitor, and this one blows it away.
