Just replaced our previous Orbi to this version because we boosted our internet up and needed the heavy duty Orbi to support it. Passed our "old one" on to a friend and both are magical for "dead" spots!

This system completely solved our WIFI signal strength issues throughout our home and yard. It is simple to set up using the Orbi smart phone app and well worth the cost.

Have tried a few other mesh systems and this one was more expensive than the others i have tried but the quality and speed of the network is much improved.

Hands down hear WiFi router I ever had. I like the smart design will switch between satellites and frequencies 2.4 vs 5 automatically. Speed is way faster, but make sure your tech can handle the speeds otherwise you don’t need to get the top of the line. I’d wait a few months till price drops or a newer version comes out. It’s good to future proof tho for WiFi 6. iPhone 12 and newer tech will take advantage of faster speeds. Older phones and tech etc won’t.

upgraded my home wifi to this system and it has been an incredible transition. no dead spots and I can now stream HD video on several devices with no buffering.

Initial set up required a chat with or I’d techs and it took about an hour and a half to set up. So far I have not had any other issues and units work very well.

This product is well worth the investment. Speeds are phenomenal and increased our coverage inside the house.

Better than advertised. Extremely simple to set up and program. Provided ample coverage for my needs.

I had the AX4200 version of this mesh router. While that was good, this is even better. It is noticeably faster and more consistent. The response of the UI is smoother and instantaneous. It's a night and day difference and you get what you pay for. That said, it is pricey. Well worth it in my opinion.

We upgraded our home wifi and could not be happier. No deadzones in 4000 sq feet, up and downstairs.. only had to connect to one to be connected to all of the satellites. Love this!

We have a quad-level house and getting WiFi signal to every level was a struggle. We put one in the basement and one on the main level and it had enough coverage to cover the upper and lower level along with the levels it is located on. No lag, no connectivity issues. I can also disconnect devices from my network or pause them to ensure bedtime is followed. Awesome product!

This system is just ok. Pretty disappointing for the price.

After having the first Orbi system taken out by lightning, which worked great, by the way, the second system is just as good. Wireless speeds of 940mbps is the norm.

To say that this mesh system is a nightmare to deal with is an understatement, especially compared to my previous Orbi system. I've been working with network tech for 30 years and this is by far one of the most aggravating to work with on multiple levels that I've ever dealt with. Initial setup was much more of a pain than older Orbis, taking 3x longer. This system wreaked absolutely havoc on every smart device I'd previously set up and broke the connections, forcing me to delete them all and spend dozens of hours reconnecting them all, especially any Nest device - and that was before I switched from WPA2 to WPA3. Not only did WPA3 undo all my fixes, forcing wholesale setup of every connection one-by-one again, but despite having two channels and supposedly passing the backwards compatibility to support older WPA2 devices, this mesh system does not work with older devices when WPA3 is enabled, Google devices in particular refuse to connect, especially Nests. I wasted dozens more hours trying myriad fixes to no avail, including full device resets, got frustrated and switched everything back to WPA2. As if that wasn't bad enough, after the monumental aggravation that represented, making the switch WPA2 caused all the setup issues a third time and certain devices wouldn't stay connected to this garbage system and kept forcing me to reinput the WPA2 passcode numerous times/day. This is just ridiculous that NetGear can't offer a WiFi 6 system that works consistently with modern devices, especially with WPA3, when both protocols have been out for several years now and firmware-related code and connection issues should have long been worked out. On the plus side, connection speed and strength is excellent, across 3 levels of my 1,500 townhouse.

This system allows for an amazing amount of wi-fi throughput. Far exceeding the wifi-5 networks. Well worth the price, especially if you have a large home.
