No documentation but the app walks you through the install plainly. The router has preformed flawlessly with amazing range. I would definitely recommend this WiFi solution to anyone.

Consistent and excellent coverage throughout 4,500 sq ft home. No other routers I have ever used have even came close to the quality of this. Highly recommended

    Horrid Product and Horrid Support

Absolute junk. For the price you pay, I regret this purchase daily. Routers freeze and drop connection daily. You call Netgear Support and it is a joke. Three calls and 90 minutes waisted and no resolution to the problems. Do not waste your money and move on from this dismal product.

While pricey, this router really performs at a top-notch level. Paired with giga speed internet this router pair really delivers some blazing fast wifi around the house.

Fantastic range and consistency throughout all of my devices. I’ve had 30+ devices connected and it doesn’t skip a beat. Glad I stepped up to this unit!

Love the upgrade from Linksys Velop. Much better coverage and network speeds. And the network setup and administration is much simpler.

This version of Orbi is outstanding and takes care of my house. We have many wifi connections. Only complaint. I needed 2 satellites to take care of my oddly shaped home.

Never a chief claimed speeds or able to connect half the number of devices I had on previous generation Orbi. Even Netgear support was stumped. Returned it and moved everything back to 1st gen Orbi.

I upgraded from an earlier version of the Orbi to the AX6000. My internet speed from Comcast is 1 gigabit. My original Orbi only supported 500 mbps. My speed now is 960+. Love it.

    Solved my dropped connections

Had lots of problems with dropped connections during work from home & remote school when everyone was online before I purchased this router. This router is designed to handle lots of simultaneous connections. Once I replaced the the default router from my internet company with this router, all drops ended and everything just worked with one exception. PS4 pro does not work wirelessly, but works fine plugged in. The PS4 previously worked wirelessly on the old router. Ending the random dropped connections for all other devices is well worth it. Would be 5 stars if PS4 pro worked wirelessly.

If you need to stretch a wireless signal

If you’re looking for the best throughput and bandwidth across a mesh network system, this option cannot be beat. Attempting to move a wireless signal across ~1,400 sq. ft. Signal goes through three walls, from one corner to the opposite corner of the house. A ~900 Mbps connection drops to about ~500-600 depending on devices connected and network conditions. Neither eero or TP-a link have been able to deliver such a superior quality at that range. App isn’t the most sophisticated, but the trade-off for speed was worth it.

I was having trouble with my Google Mesh and thought it was time to upgrade. I didn't want to be obsolete again too soon so I went for the WiFi 6 version and it is blazing fast. We have gigabit internet so I'm used to wired connections being fast, but now our wireless devices constantly see 300-600mb speeds. The Satellite seems to quit giving out DHCP addresses about once every other month but a quick reboot and that's fixed. It has a good mobile interface and a much better web interface. People keep saying size matters. Well these are pretty large and they do a great job. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I immediately went from 25mbs to 950mbs. I have the high end plan from Xfinity but never got close to the speed I expected. With the Orbi I am blown away. Very pleased.

After upgrading to higher speed with my ISP, I needed a good Wifi 6 mesh system to match, well I found it! Super fast and reliable. And the app is nice to boot

Nice Upgrade if devices are supported

I purchased the Wifi 6 package but did not open/install so my thoughts are based off YouTube reviews. I think the upgraded look is nice and the build quality is good. I returned the package and exchanged for the Netgear Tri-Band Wifi 6 router; also purchased the Netgear Wifi 6 extender to pair as a Mesh system with the router. I exchanged for some reviews indicated the Orbi does not support the 160MHz Wifi 6 channel, whereas this router/extender do. With the Orbi you still get Wifi 6 speed performance but the the fastest available on the 160MHz band if your device also supports this band. The latest Galaxy Note does.

This is a nice unit. I’m up and running with whole house coverage and good network speeds. I’m using the router in my lower office with an Ethernet backhaul to my satellite in my 2nd floor office. Therefore, my 3rd band is not being used to connect the router and satellite resulting in better connections and speeds. I have a gigabit ISP connection and I’m getting almost every bit of it.
