Works well when it works but customer support from Netgear is lacking. Lacks advanced network analysis features - very basic. Was working fine with all my Samsung TVs but now none of them can connect to Orbi Wifi mesh. 8 months old but you can't even email Netgear for support. Bit of a joke.

Easy set up through the app. Does not separate SSID's between the router and the satellite. The range is excellent for speed no matter where I am at in the house or garage.

Great product and enhances Wifi range........especially if the router is upstairs and the satellite is down stairs, connects quicker and streams better.

Upgraded my home WiFi to Orbi Tri-Band Mesh. No dead zones, no weak signals and have more than 30 connected devices. Worth the upgrade!

I have an Xfinity coax 1000 x 50 connection. Modem provided by Xfinity. Stable service from Xfinity. At the Xfinity modem, I consistently get around 930 x 41 speeds. SG FT of the house is downstairs is 650 SQ feet where the router is located, 850 sf on the main floor. Total sq ft for the home 1,500 sq foot home. Not so much for this Orbi AX6000 product. Upgraded firmware - V3.2.7.2_1.1.7, during original install. Could not use the WIFI backhaul from the router to the satellite. One of the selling points for me was not to need an ethernet backhaul. Now, I have an Ethernet backhaul connection now, based on the recommendation of Netgear advanced support tech. Remember, the home is a small one, not even close to 5,000 sq feet! At each end port ethernet connection, before plugging the router and the satellite in I receive the 930 x 41 speeds. That checks. When I connect to router and satellite the speeds vary from 650 to 820 speeds download for both devices. The upload is always consistent with the 41 upload speeds. Last night, while watching streaming tv, the connection was lost to the router, checked the cable modem connection is rock solid with 920ish downloads. When TV it reconnected, I did a speed test and it was showing around 40-50 download speeds. After restarting the cable modem, the Router, and Satellite. The speed still showed the 40-50 download speeds. I turned the network off. This morning, I turned the wifi network on, and the speeds for both, router and satellite again are showing high 600 to low 800 download speeds. I opened a case a few days ago with advanced tech support. They called me back in 24 hours, began the troubleshooting and sent them pdf of examples of the slower speeds. Still no fix. No call yesterday or today. I will be pulling this Orbi AX6000 WIFI 6 and returning it back to Best Buy. I do not have time to be a beta tester. This product does not work for me.

Setup was easy. Strong network. The Orbi has different colors to mean different status. I bought this to augment my xfinity service. Definitely not disappointed.

Had to call Netgear to help install it but they stepped me thru it and the product works great. It's increased WiFi coverage to places throughout the house.

These were purchased to replace our previous Orbi system. Found out we had too many devices on the first gen versions. The WiFi 6 system can handle more.

If you have a wifi 6 compatible device you will have super fast speeds but if you don't speeds are still amazing, I'm happy with this router but it's costly.

I bought this to replace my time capsule when I upgraded the internet to 1gb/s. I had seen some reviews about frequent disconnection, but I was hoping that this would be fixed eventually. I returned a previous device because it was constantly disconnecting and Netgear customer support had advised me to return it as they could not figure out the reason it was disconnecting. Unfortunately, the problem continued with the replacement device. We are almost 4 months into this and no signs of this being fixed via firmware. It is horribly annoying to not have internet several times a day (for a few minutes each time). I am losing hope that this will be fixed (via firmware) and probably go back to time capsule which never went offline. I feel this problem is very common, but largely unreported. Be aware. I do not recommend it.

Replaced my nighthawk at work with two orbis and the speed is now through the roof. We have a ton of devices connected and everything runs smooth.

So far this has fixed our WiFi issues in our house. We can now connect all of our devices with multiple zooms going at once! Expensive but worth it!!

The Wi-Fi in the house has worked fine. My house is about 2700 or so soft plus I have a finished basement and I don't have problems with the Wi-Fi

We didn’t expect such a good outcome, we are definitely very happy with the way it works and enjoying every minute of it.

Love that you can add more satellite easily. Strong signal and easily configure features and settings.

Netgear does make great products but if you really don't need this much power there are cheaper and easier options. just research what you truly need.

Easy setup. Great whole home coverage. Definitely the best on the market. A little pricey but the ease of setup worth every cent.

Upgraded our antiquated Apple router and have been happy with the range and speed with our WiFi ever since. Pretty easy to set up. Looks nice, too.

Great mesh system for working from home. 4 Ethernet ports for each unit are a plus. It’s a pricey system but worth it if you have a lot of devices.
