It took me some months to finally bite the bullet because this system is quite expensive. After trying a few lesser expensive mesh routers, this is the ONLY system that produces speeds as if it is an actual modem. It was a bit confusing to set up at first but once I connected one satellite, it’s been smooth sailing ever since.

Very easy to setup. We have the Orbi Router in bedroom/computer room with a satelite in the living room and upstairs. We have a 1gig internet connection and upstairs we are getting 600-700 speeds on cell phones and laptops that are capable of 1 gig

If you are going to upgrade to Wifi6 I can only recommend the Orbi Whole Home Tri-Band Mesh. Installation was super easy and have quite a few smart devices hooked up. Everything went faster, internet, streaming, smart lights etc etc. Definitely worth the investment.

We were using a dual-band Netgear router prior to the Orbi. Our house isn’t overly large and our upstairs internet started cutting out to the point that we couldn’t use WiFi upstairs. We got the Orbi and it has been incredible. There is a noticeable difference in our internet download and upload times all across the house with no more down time or “dead zones”.

I was skeptical due to the price, but so far this has been well worth the money. It has been far more stable than my previous system, even giving me great Wi-Fi coverage to listen to tunes while I mow the yard. I work from home and need a reliable system. So far this one has been just that.

If you want to Shazam your WiFi system then go for the Orbi system. It blows away the Eero pro as if flies so much faster and efficiently. I thank Eero technical support for suggesting a new system and after researching we didn’t go with their upgrade. Orbi won hands down and continues to impress us.

Finally a product that lives up to the hype. Easy installation and setup. Unbelievable fast speeds in every area of our three story home. There is nothing negative to say about this except for perhaps the constant bombardment of emails from Netgear about theit Armour service. lol

We recently left the office and started working from home. Our old router could not handle all the traffic, 3 computers, 2 phones, 2 tablets, home lighting and entertainment systems, and smart fans. Easy install of the Orbi Mesh WiFi 6 system...problem solved.

The first wifi speed test on my gigabit connection showed a download speed of 950!! This is my first mesh system and it has blown away any of my expectations. I have much better coverage of my home from previous router/powerline extenders. I can honestly say it is the best setup I have used to cover my 2700 sq foot house.

Fabulously fast, easy to set up and manage, and has great coverage. This is the best mesh wifi router I've ever owned. One of the biggest issues I've had thus far with the other wifi mesh solutions I've tried (including other Orbis and the google home routers) is that using wireless backhaul drops the speed available to your devices so much that you are limited to something close to 100mbps or lower. I can get upwards of 4-500mbps on devices on Wifi6 near the hotspots, which is great, and throughout the house there's a solid 250-300 available, which is also pretty impressive. Latency is minimal, I rarely find myself having to restart them due to any trouble, there are a ton of devices constantly connected to them with no impact. I'm running them in an apartment building that is relatively dense with wifi networks and they seem to manage that just fine.

Great connections even 150 ft. from the house to the garage you still can connect to the internet.

Installed with a ATT U Verse internet service, a bit tricky, but found a you tube video how to install. Once running, Wow !. my house is 5000 sq ft, Placed one unit upstairs and the other downstairs. Now my entire house has really fast connection. Great Job Orbi !

Bought this to replace a not so old linksys velop. Have a copper roof and the velop was terrible -inconsistent and slow even though I have 1 gig fiber coming in. The orbi (3 pack) is a world of difference. More then double the speed and very consistent everywhere in the house.

I was using the ASUS RT-AX58U and also an older RT-AC68U in “Ai-Mesh” mode and my experience was terrible. My phone would periodically just stop downloading anything despite having a full set of wifi-bars. I decided to drop the AC68U and go solo on the AX58U. It worked better, but I still had to turn my phones wifi off at home in frustration and I had issues getting connection on devices at the other end of my house. I read reviews for the RBK852 and decided to bite the bullet. I have never been happier with a wifi system. Easy setup, full throughput from my Spectrum Gigabit more consistently than I got through the ASUS, and my phone achieves 400~600 mbps anywhere in the house and I still have a stable connection in my backyard and garage (where I have some wifi devices). I rarely give 5 star reviews, but so far, this one has earned it.

Needing to work from home due to the coronavirus shelter-in-place order meant I needed better throughout throughout my home, and the Orbi delivered! The only thing faster would have meant running Ethernet cable all over the place.

Upgraded from a different mesh system to the AX6000. We are finally getting the speed we are paying for, throughout the house, as well as in our yard. All (100+) of our smart home devices work flawlessly with this new setup.

Look no further than the Orbi router mesh system! Servicing multiple home users of WiFi, plus control of guest usage, and from one home to another excellent coverage without internet hiccups!!! Solution found!

I see so many negative reviews here that I feel the need of giving this product the recognition it deserves. Let’s be fair as most of us in life have bought a product that comes out of the box not working as expected. I just can’t see those reviews from “IT Professionals” that all they do is hate on the product and not even try to get a replacement. On the other hand my experince with this product has been amazing. Never had problems with any devices at my home. All security camaras and streaming devices are always up and running. I will recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a future proof Wi-Fi system.

What used to take three units of a name brand mesh system now only requires two with the AX6000. Better range and more solid constant connections. By far a top notch mesh system.
