I think this router works great for big area , easy to set up and look nice too.

All worked fine for a week until one of the satellites started dropping connection . Called customer service and had to reload firmware. The units drop signal from time to time but then the units are working I get good speeds. I have the gigabit service from Verizon and get anywhere from 350 to 425 (wifi) and 500 easy connected. Another strange thing is I get slower speeds over wifi when I am closer to the satellites. Strange!!

I bought this set to replace a router that I had. I have one Orbi satellite downstairs and the other in the office upstairs. The main Orbi is in the game room. So far we have had strong signals all around and no dead spots. The only issue is how does it choose which satellite to connect too? Some of the WiFi devices downstairs are connecting to the main or satellite upstairs. Besides that, everything is fine.

The product worked well to begin with and has given good connectivity when working. So far, I have had to call support twice because the system would recognize and allow some devices to connect while denying others. Both times support was able to get it up and running. The second time I saw where updates had not run and did not run automatically as the default should have done. I will stay with it for now.

When this thing works it's a beast! When it works. It has a tendency to drop out periodically throughout the day. The speeds are fantastic although they fluctuate. I had to set mine as an access point and turn off the wireless signal coming from my router. If you don't they compete and there are even more dropped signals from Orbi. In conclusion let me point out that I didn't return the system. I also didn't rate it 5 stars. ;)

Great product. Fast to set up, great parental control, and amazing speed.

Product extends the WiFi for me up 2 levels, have not had any issues so far. Was easy to set up.

Easy set up but not so easy to configure. But seems to working fine, intermittent loss in connect.

3 years ago we bought the best nether router in hopes it would get us coverage in the whole house. Didn't help. When this came out I asked if it could be returned if it didn't do the job.( it was quite expensive). They said YES. Well a return was not necessary as we now have coverage everywhere in the house and on the lanai. Very happy.

Super easy install. System works great. Better than our previous systems.

We have. 2000 sq ft, 2 story house with a sunroom atteached, we had a WiFi system with extender but had continued WiFi issues, from iPad, iphone, Apple TV and PC, had looked at several mesh systems, went to local Best Buy, was giving info on systems, and for price and equipment Orbi was best. Since installing and using the Orbi mesh WiFi we have complete WiFi coverage

Installed in September; great coverage of the whole house and good speed.

Fairly easy setup but instructions could be better. Great coverage and speed is excellent.

Was Skeptical at first if this product would work for my issues. Best Buy rep said it would, and if not bring it back. I went ahead and purchased and to my surprise it was the answer to my needs. Very happy with connectivity and speeds. We can now stream Netflix and Amazon Prime anywhere on the property with no issues, even out to our motorhome. Money well spent.

Simple to set up, good coverage, price could be a little cheeper but still not too bad

OUr house is a very wide, ranch style house and the computer is at one of the house. Needless to say, the wireless connection does not always reach the side of the house. The salesperson at Best Buy spent a lot of time with me, explaining my options. We picked out the Orbi and it is great! We get connections everywhere in the house! A good purchase!
