Easy to use/set up and has a wide coverage for wifi

Didnt know orbi was a wifi router till the salesman explained it clearly to me. Was recommended for my new home since it's big and can not get signal inside. This help coverage the entire house n also backyard . Great speed for download n upload. Would recommend this ..

I had a difficult time with wi-fi coverage for my home and all the equipment that my family uses. After installing the Orbi wi-fi system, I have wi-fi for days! I can stream music and audiobooks while I mow my lawn! I won't have to upgrade this system anytime soon!!

It work good for the majority of the time But laltely it has go offline a lot and it’s annoying. I don’t know what else to do every time it happens I have to reset it and it will work again but it does have a bigger area of internet which was one of my concerns when I bought it

I replaced a couple of wifi zones in my non-open concept house with the Orbi mesh. Fairly straight-forward installation with a phone app guiding the way. Wife and kids are happy they no longer have to switch wifi networks depending on where they are in the house.

This is freaking awesome! I mean, there are probably newer and better models out there but this by far is the best solution these mesh routers for one with a lot of square footage in a home to cover and for many many devices!!!

These were the easiest things I've every installed! Simple, straightforward instructions, and working almost instantly. Obviously you can install these in any room, so that versatility makes these even more appealing. I expect they will remain a smart purchase for us.

The Orbi mesh router solved a problem in our home that we were experiencing for a year. We try a number of options but the orbi mesh router was the answer we were looking for. This was a great buy and Inwould definitely but the product again. I recommend dnit to all my friends

This product not only increased my wifi coverage, but it also increased my speed. With my basic router I was only getting about 75mbs on a 250 plan. I now have 200 download speed everywhere in my house. I have a 3500sqft house so this gets the job done!

I purchased after reading several professsional reviews and I made the right choice. The coverage is better than I expected over 3000 sq ft. The app allows great control of devices and diagnostics. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the speed is not as fast as advertised. Still a happy customer.

I share a 2,000sqft apartment with 4 other people. We have about 30 WiFi devices between us. The walls in our apartment are concrete covered with plaster. But, this system works flawlessly! We’re all getting the best possible reception for the internet package we have.

Streaming coverage in our 2200 sf home is great compared to 8 yo router. Attractive units. Best Buy’s did there best to help me install the Geeks should just have given me the Orbi help line up front. 1/2 hr later all set. It pays to update technology

We had some "dead" spots with our previous router, and was recommended to upgrade to a mesh wireless system, and we're glad we did! Extends to our backyard to have our Sonos play perfectly, and wifi everywhere!

After doing my research I decided to go with the Orbi 3 pack for my home wifi set up. Everything was going great until the main router loss connection from the modem. This happened 2 weeks after I purchased the wifi system. I tried to reset it and reboot it with no success. After doing some research online I discovered that I wasnt the only one with this problem. Other users indicated that Netgear did have a solution, but it was only temporary since the system would go down again in a couple of weeks. I did try to contact Netgear, but the wait was too long and I gave up. Neatgear only offers 90 days free customer support and I couldn't take a risk keeping it. I returned it and decided to pick up the Linksys velop and the range is even better, plus it comes with free 3 years customer support.

We bought a 6500 sqft home, and our wide range just wouldn’t cut it. We live in the country so our satellite signal isn’t the best, but this helps it reach every area of our home and around it as well. Worth the investment.

This new system was installed by Geek Squad and replaced our Netgear Nighthawk 8500 , in the beginning we had trouble now it seems to be ok after calling Netgear Gear Heads I have a warranty Contract on all my Arlo and Netgear equipment with them .

when they work, they’re fine. that’s it. just fine. they need a reboot what feels like twice a month, though, and i don’t really see the speeds advertised, even with a wired connection. after an initial “complimentary” support period, netgear support is paid-only, which means non-existent for someone who just threw away his last 400 dollars on a router that was supposed to fix all his networking problems. so if you’re thinking about relying on netflix support to help you sort out all the many mysterious connection issues you uncover four months later, forget it.

After receiving "upgraded" equipment from my internet provider I found that I had no wifi in over half of my house. Wifi extenders didn't work. The technician suggesting buying Orbi's. What a relief to have wifi again no matter where I am at in my home!!!

The range of this product is the best. My house is made of concrete and I have been having issues with the WiFi sigal for years. Orbit fixed my problem. And as a plus, is very easy to install. Just install the app on your phone and follow the instructions.
