I bought this based upon an in store recommendation.

Love the new mesh network it’s very great quality .

I can’t even think where to begin. It was bad from the beginning. My bro-n-law does network configuration for a living. I asked him to give me a hand. He was completely frustrated at the debacle. I gave it two weeks because of the great reviews. I bet the router rebooted 40-50 times in that time span. Replaced modem, and same result. Speed and coverage was ok, but I mean the thing is 300 bucks. I suppose it’s like a lot of things, you win some, you lose some. I went with an Xfinity modem/router combo and a couple of their pods. Setup and performance is/was flawless. If I need better mesh system in the future, I’m going straight to Eero.

It is good but you have to have a good internet service as well.

We no longer get "out of our home" network on our porch.

I had this model for less than two years. It started out okay but as time progressed it would not stay connected to my equipment. As such it was returned for another brand.

Easy to set up and no compatibility problems with Apple products.

Good Product for Ring Cameras and basement Smart TV

I purchased this item back in September 2018 with the notion that it would provide great coverage in my house (4700 sq-ft with basement) and it has already stopped working. Had to temporary go back to my conventional router to last me until I figure out my next steps. I paid $350 for it to only last this long. I did not purchase the protection plan only because something at this price point should last at least 2 years let alone 7 months. I will admit that when it was working, we were satisfied but I am now extremely disappointed in it's short term performance. Will not be purchasing NetGear products again.

Covers your house providing the internet coverage you need

I replaced my RBK50 system with this one because I didn’t feel I was receiving the coverage I needed in my home. After spending about 12 hours doing everything in my power to get this working, I’ve decided to go back to the RBK50. The biggest problem is connectivity issues. Both satellites and the base are stationed within 20 feet of each other, but I am having one or both satellites disconnected at any point in time. They’re only separated by walls or flooring so this shouldn’t be an issue, but even after adjusting the placement, I saw no improvement. Get the RBK50 or go with a completely different brand.

Nice clean look for setting out and around the house.

The Orbi has markedly improved my wifi in my home. They work extremely well! The Geek Squad's scheduling system was down when I purchased the Orbi's. That became a total mess - multiple reminders via phone, via text, via email, and multiple appointments.

I am having challenges with the compatibility with my existing Wifi service. I no longer have access to certain search engine due to the non-privacy capability of NETGEAR. A private brand Wi-Fi or an independent source will work better and cause less stress.

Every floor has consistent connection. No weak spots.

Good signal if trying to get wifi around your home.

The Netgear Orbi is easy to install and works great.
