Had to disconnect it as it interfered with the Garage remote and displayed weak security message on the Iphones.

Did not improve my wireless connection at all. I was told it would provide my whole home with WiFi speeds up to 2.2 GBPs. Not happening in my home of 3000 sq. Ft

Hard to set up and very finicky. Could not get this device to work consistently and had to return it. It seems like a good idea, maybe I just had a bad unit

We had to return as the device was defective. Ultimately exchanged for an Eero system which worked right away. Complete set up done in 10 minutes.

In houses made of concrete wont work. As advertising says it shoul do fine but in a rrom 15 feet away from the main router the signal barely goes to 1mega

Lousy customer service and very expensive product. Very disappointed with performance and decided to return the product to Best Buy.

I've tried everything to connect to the internet and can't get it done and can't seem to get any support. I will be returning this tomorrow!

We bought this after hearing great stuff about it but we were not able to get it to connect so for that reason we ended up returning it.

Wasn’t so fast as expected . Turn off and on also . Not worth it and regret it with so much money spent

The unit was returned because it was defective. A different brand was purchased.

It worked good while the Orbi worked Not worth the money

Returned after 5 days. Does not work well with Frontier Fios.

I chose this system based on my liking for Netgear. Despite being recommended other systems from the guys at Best Buy, google wifi didnt have nearly enough ethernet ports and the rest were just too expensive for my networking use. Setup was a little less than 10 minutes using the Orbi app. Super easy to use. I only have 100 Mbps through cox but using orbis speed test I'm getting 115mbps average. That's a win. I got super tired of using lame range extenders that would always drop signal. I'm so happy with this choice. The router is a little larger than I imagined. Maybe a little smaller in size would be more beneficial too. Another thing I wish is that I could choose which network band I want each device on. It defaults to 5ghz and 2.4 hz to devices that dont support the 5ghz. The orbi app needs some fixing too. All the features work until they dontand the app crashes. Then you have to login again and pick up where you left off. Not a deal breaker just a little inconvenient..

I had a Netgear AC3200 Wi-Fi router in my new home and it struggled to hit the far ends. Decided it was time to try one of the new mesh-based Wi-Fi systems. The Orbi works great. Setup was easy and the performance is great. Couple of things for those of you coming from traditional routers. 1. The Orbi broadcasts a single SSID and shares it between 2.4 and 5 GHZ. My old Netgear router allowed for different SSIDs on each channel (it had a 2.4GHZ and two separate 5 GHZ). Because of the change, all of my wireless devices needed to be reconnected. 2. The Orbi got a little wacky when I did the first firmware update. Do that as soon as possible. In my case it asked for a new admin password and I fought it a little. Otherwise it's a great system and highly recommended.

have larger area house with a number of rooms off a corridor, and >4000 feet. Orbi mesh covers the space well, speed is very good. prior system was also netgear but was router/ repeater approach and usually the 5ghz connection went down due to space covered. orbi has faster up and down speeds than google (2x down) and this is a big deal if you plan to use for work and need to move larger files like ppts or other, etc. one cautionary point: once you plug in the syatem and synch you may end up with DNS or IP address error. you must run the web log in app for netgear to authenticate the system and adjust final settings. doing that immediately after plug in will save you extended frustration on trying to self adjust this stuff. enjoy !

I initially got the 2 pk but returned it to get the 3 pack and it made all the difference. The product is easy to set up with the iphone app. The satellites work well and the speeds are great. I like the ethernet jacks on the satellites which allow me to get speeds similar to that of devices plugged into the main hub. I have the hub and one satellite on opposite ends of the main floor and one satellite upstairs. Having only 2 devices did not give me enough coverage.

The speed and range are a lot better than my 7 year old Asus. My main frustration with this device is that if you want to set an internet schedule per device for you kids, you have to pay a subscription to Disney Circle. My Asus ha this functionality built in and was half the price. Setting up parental controls to block sites is also not great. You are steered to the Disney Circle subscription as well. There is a way to do it for free with OpenDNS, but the instructions on how to do it are hard to find and follow.

Oh my goodness what a difference this mesh system has made at my house. I now have consistent WIFI all over my house and the speed is the same all over also. I gave it four stars because there was a firmware update right away that didn’t go as designed causing me to have to reset and start over. Other than that I love it and am very happy with this purchase. I went in oringally to buy an extender and was encouraged to buy a mesh WiFi system. I am so glad I did and don’t regret this purchase at all.
