Great product. Just call the help line to make sure you have it set up correctly. I thought I did, but then when talking to the tech support found out i did not. Also helpful to turn off your WiFi from your provider, if yours has it.

we have only been utilizing this system for several weeks, with our Wi-Fi needs and ring alarm and camera system it has worked flawlessly. we can recommend it for your home or business as an excellent wi-fi distribution system

Orbi is good WiFi, just make sure you keep it updated. Our TV kept losing signal. After calling Netgear’s customer support we learned our system needed updated. About a 25 minute call and all is working great now.

The Orbi is good for range but the repeaters switch to 2.4 on their own and speeds drop. I tried playing around with the settings but you cannot configure it to 5G only

I wasn't sure if this router and satellite's would work but its amazing. I have a guest house that only gets the tail ends of the wifi but when I set this up all the connected devices run on 5G. Amazing in my opinion.

After having this system installed there was instant improvements with the WiFi Signal on all of the Devices on the system. The only negative thing about this, is why did i wait so long before having the ORBI Installed.

We have a large home and Verizon installed the internet on one side of the house. We had dead zones on the second floor, basement, and to the Ring camera on the garage. Problems solved.

The orbi is a good WiFi mesh system, but really did not work for my entire WiFi needs. Had problems keeping this system connected to my Ring Cameras. Not sure if problem belongs to Net-gear or Ring.

I have an outside shop and by positioning the orbi satalytes properly, I now have WiFi service out in my shop area. I had to change my smart door bell to a “ring” because my old skybell would not work with orbi.

Large home that had a single wifi router. Replaced with Orbi and now we get consistent coverage everywhere.....with fantastic speed. Also like the way I can turn wifi access on/off for any single device.

Some difficulty connecting devices but overall eventually got things to work. I figured I would try to over cover my house and it seems to work pretty well. I can’t even get signal in most of my yard. Disappointed with the fact that the Disney parental feature covers only a portion of the parental features. You need to pay a subscription for enhanced abilities to restrict certain activities. I generally try to avoid find devices that come with additional subscriptions. I probably would have just purchased multiple Disney circles if I knew that was going to be the case.

After a few connection issues the product works very well. Had to contact customer support to learn that satellite units must be placed at least 80 to 100 ft. apart to prevent interference with each other.

The Orbi 4 pack was very easy to set up. I used to have several dead spots in the house and my Ring doorbell was very slow. Now there are no dead spots and the Ring responds quickly.

Even though we supposedly had the fastest internet service everything was always buffering or not working at all. Now all our devices are working at fast speeds with no buffering.

Easy set-up, which solved my wifi connection issues in my house that I was previously unable to adequately address with range extenders. Absolutely no issues once we set this up.

By far the best WiFi mesh system out there! We run three PS4, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, smart TVs and we have a Smart Home with Ring!!! Hands down the best purchase I’ve made!!!

Works well, solid brick building could not get internet outside on deck. Put one on each side of wall. Inside in sons room and is connected to game unit.

I think that the wireless is a little flakey as it appears to vacillate in signal strength from day to day. However, all in all, it as been more reliable that previous set ups.

Once you get it set up it seems to work good. Couldn’t get the satellites to sync up following the start up guide. Has to go to product manual online to finally get it.

This works great. Only problem is I wanted to add a 4th satellite to my network and was told the maximum number I can have is 3. Not info given when rep first came to my home.
