Pros: When it works it works. Great Speed. Great Connectivity. The synching between devices as an apple user is phenomenal. Cons: This device shuts down 4x to 5x a day. The connection creates a very spotty internet service throughout a 2 bedroom apartment. Whenever connecting more than 4+ devices (Laptop) good luck staying on for more than 3 hours without having to restart. Recommended to another person, I wouldn't. I would have explored other options but looks as though this started happening the moment my warranty ended up being.

Having problems with cable company equipment I decided to make a change. Poor reception in parts of my home, lack of service, slow service, and worst of all constant repetitive black screen on one of the TVs. I installed the NETGEAR ORBI system. I now have great reception in all parts of my home, including outside the house, service everywhere, and uninterrupted TV. No more black screens. My ORBI system cured all the inadequacies that I had been experiencing, and I own the system, no more rental fees.

Returned 3 different WiFi modems to Best Buy because I just wasn’t getting good coverage- my last ditch effort was the orbi ac3000. Now this worked as advertised- easy set up great coverage thru out the house. Highly recommend

This was purchased to upgrade from an Apple product. This has provided great coverage in our house which has large square footage. We no longer have drops of coverage of our Wi-Fi. It handles multiple devices well.

Bought this to replace my NetGear Nighthawk. This is working great! My home is large, so we have excellent coverage now to all points and levels of the home. Also, with all the connected devices and home automation I am not losing any connectivity anymore.

Very easy to setup & use. Took about 15 minutes to get all devices back on Wi-Fi. Wired devices took a little extra time to determine appropriate IP address for manual setup. App is very handy to see what’s connected at any given time and using the Wi-Fi.

Great coverage. Love the fact that both Base and Satellite have a 4-port switch on them. Coming with Disney Circle is a plus. Only downside: Management webpage is http:// NOT https:// which seems to be a Netgear thing.

I was fully prepared for this not to work as advertised. But instead I got a product that works precisely as advertised, and which covers every inch of our single-story home at speeds faster than our 45 Mbps internet connection. It's not inexpensive, but it does deliver.

Worked as stated. Could instantly see a difference in area coverage and speed. We had been using a Motorola 3.0 surfboard combination modem/router. Only issue so far occurred during setup with Comcast. Comcast had to send a reset signal to get everything working.

For years I have had issues of Wi-Fi coverage in my house and this router fixed it!

replace my aging AirPort Extreme and the ISP's wireless router. Made ALL my device work perfectly. I even moved since I bought this and this little guys reach all the way to my garage and out onto the street. Support and maintenance is perfect.

We needed to update our old router but wanted one with range without running cables up and across the entier house. This accomplished what was needed and the monitoring app was an added touch. It’s free and helps with added control of device management.

Two Story 4000 sq ft and no more coverage issues anywhere in house and surrounding.

I’ll keep this short and sweet. I have fiber gigabit service but the ISP router has always been a joke, even with a MoCA extender. Prior to trying the Orbi AC3000, I tried expensive gaming routers from Asus, Linksys and Razer. I also tried the lower tier Linksys Velop nodes along with the new Velop router. Nothing could give us wifi speeds above 100-200 Mbps and frequent disconnects were the norm with the Linksys and Razer mesh systems. I didn’t have high hopes for the Orbi but decided to give it a try based on reviews. We now consistently get wifi speeds of 300+ Mbps. I realize that’s still far from gigabit but it’s way better than anything we’ve gotten up to this point. We also have not experienced a single disconnect in the month we’ve been using the Orbi. Netgear’s Orbi is the real deal.

Makes internet setup so easy. Set it up behind a FIOS router and get faster speeds then my poor fios router. For example, Fios router, typical up/down speeds about 100 whereas Orbi which is plugged into fios router is 350-450 down and 300-400 up!

Have not had system very long, but very easy to set up. Did resolve the issue with dead spot in my home.

The system was fairly easy to set up and I am not an expert on this type of equipment. The reason for purchasing it was that my signal in the basement was weak. I moved the satellite into the basement and my system now performs much better.

This router is awesome. It gives me full signal everywhere in my home. My home is 3000 sq feet and I get full signal everywhere. I also get signal in my front and back yard. It's a little pricey, but worth it.

I have a 4,500 sq ft home and it covers it from end to end and even out by my pool.

Home is approx 450 square feet, and this device comfortable provides fast wi-fi to all of it with strong signal. Easy to set up, and the in app controls are excellent for monitoring which devices are usinging the system - very useful for house with kids.
