We were cutting the cord; Cable TV and we knew we would need a more powerful WiFi system in the house. So we talked to the nice folks at Best Buy and they suggested the Orbi system. It was easy to set-up and use. Love it. Only down side was it's a bit pricey.

I was having a ton of issues with my old wifi, Comcast and Apple Time Capsule. One wasn't fast and the other wouldn't connect to all my devices. Was tired of having to switch wifi networks to print. I did a ton of research on the best wireless router to get and Orbi kept popping up, I had never heard of it. Once home I called Comcast and had them turn of the wifi in the router they supplied me and surprisingly it took 45 minutes to get done. Next I installed the Orbi and it was going smooth until I hit the wrong button and didn't get to rename the wifi network or choose my own password.. I called support and I'm glad I did because they walked me through updating the router which needed to be done in order to set up a guest network and they helped my rename my network. This think is flying!!!!! I know it was pricey but it's worth its weight in gold for the headache it's saving me. Go buy it already.

I am an IT professional, and I still struggle with my WiFi at home. When the microwave kicks on, or the A/C kicks on, the WiFi used to drop. But not now. This Orbi system seems to actually do what it says... mesh the network between nodes, and it just WORKS. I haven't dropped service since I installed it a couple of weeks ago. I am very happy with this product, and I am very impressed.

Before this issue I couldn't reach my 3rd floor of my single family home. I have a 3800 square feet home. This product allowed me to have full coverage inside and outside of my house. I highly recommend. Set up was easy and everything works as described.

Smart enough to automatically determine which band your devices should use, so you don't have to select the band. It is secure and very fast. The six antennas and the satellite router easily cover a 3,000 sq ft home on 2 floors and the outside patio living space.

Works great for me, easy to hook up and get it going. covers the whole house.

This wifi system was easy to set up and provides coverage to my entire house.

Speed is good. Setting up can be a bit quirky. Not too crazy about the Orbi control app. Range is excellent, wish it accepted more connections...but you get what you pay for. All in all, this is a decent mid level router.

I should have gotten rid of the junky Spectrum Routers a long time ago. I was only able to get about 60 mbs standing over the router. With these I can almost get the full 300. Speed test usually at 290 mbs. Plus the rang is a million times better.

We need something that would cover a large home with brick through the home. All reviews stated great coverage and all were correct. We even get coverage all the way out to our pool in the back yard. Would recommend this to any. Setup was easy and flawless

I was skeptical about the Orbi and its claim to improve coverage. With one in the basement and one on the second floor the whole house, deck, and patio have coverage. It was easy to setup and the colored lighting on the top let's you know when the two units are synchronized.

Worked as advertised. Easy set up. Only problem is it doesn’t give an option for 5 GHz. Only open.

I buy this to upgrade my wifi system, not easy to set up first need down load software on my cell phone and it's okay then. If you need protection plan for 4 years, it cost 29$ and I did buy the plan for peace of mind.

The Orbi has fixed all of our internet problems. I was surprised that the two towers was enough for my 4000 sq ft home, I thought for sure we would need another. The only part that I don’t much care for is the size, but worth it for the coverage my home has now.

I upgraded my system from an original nighthawk with DST to an Orbi system and the difference was noticeable immediately. The coverage is so much better and it doesn’t come and go like I had with the nighthawk

Have wireless signal thru the whole house and even out at the fire pit. Love the controls. Can shut off my kids internet to their tablets when they get in trouble. Love it. Setip was easy

I’m pretty new to this mesh WiFi thing so I can’t comment on if this is the best, but I’m happy with my purchase. My old Apple airport express just wasn’t cutting it in my new (long) ranch house. I went to my local Best Buy with the intention of buying an extender, when an employee told me to consider the Orbi. I’m always skeptical when someone pushes a specific product so I quickly read some reviews on my phone. After learning that indeed “mesh” WiFi was the future,I decided to buy it and see what happens. Apparently an extender works by drastically reducing the speed of the WiFi. The setup is pretty simple. The two units quickly synced up and did provide full, strong WiFi to every corner of my house. Another bonus is that since the satellite is by my living room tv, I can hardwire it to the internet for an even better connection.
