Extra fast connect to internet! The best I’ve ever had!

Easy to setup. Fast speeds. Only negative is you can't turn off 5ghz. Smart devices (switches, lights) need to be setup in 2.4ghz, so it took some finagling to get them to connect the first time.

I had to go through the initial set up 3x before the router and satellite functioned properly. I scanned the code on the base unit and followed the steps on my iPhone. It was saying successfully set up up but I couldn’t access the Internet wirelessly. After the third set up it worked fine and has been working great ever since. Fast reliable coverage throughout my 3000 sq ft home. I have not experienced any drops in coverage. I hardwired my son’s PS4 to the satellite unit and download speed tests average 120 Mbps faster than before. He also says he can join on line games much quicker now. I was able to wirelessly add my Apple Airport Express to use AirPlay. I am very pleased with this router.

This mesh wifi system is incredible. I've put together several different networks and wifi systems over the years and this was by far the easiest and best. The coverage of the AC3000 system is fantastic.

Hands down the best router I’ve owned. Very simple setup, satellite is effective, very impressive speed, easy to use app. Would recommend or buy again without hesitation.

We've had a Netgear Nighthawk Triband7200 for the past couple years. We kept having issues with our wifi signal dropping despite keeping it updated. We have 100Mb internet speed, but some activities (streaming, game playing) were difficult and, at times, impossible. After having our signal checked by a service provider multiple times, we concluded that it must be our wireless router, even though it wasn't very old. We decided to replace our router with this Orbi system, and WOW, what a difference! Our entire 6000 square foot house is now covered and my son can play online games without being "booted." Set up was pretty easy as well. My only regret is that I wish I'd purchased this sooner.

Easy setup...takes less than 10 minutes to have this up and running I live in a 4000 sq ft home and have xfinity 150 mb/sec download speeds in every room of the house! Great for watching 4K movies.

Feels a little cheap, but wow this WiFi works really well. Super fast speeds anywhere in the house due to the mesh. The tri-band connection goes through metal walls and I have no complaints.

Great WiFi coverage all throughout house. There may be cheaper mesh systems out there, but none better. I pay for 75mbps and get 85-90 anywhere in my home, plus outside away from house near spa & pool. Definite Buy.

I was having trouble with my old router's signal reaching my bedroom or even the living room where my game systems are, and it's not that big of a house...just a lot of RF interference. So I moved to a mesh router system. I chose the Orbi because I had Netgear in the past (replacing the Nighthawk R700, in fact) as well as Netgear switch for my hardwired equipment, so interopability was important along with ease-of-use, stability and performance for gaming. So far, it hits every button. I had no issues setting the system up and it has been running like a champ. I definitely have much better signal and download speeds in the further rooms as well. A very good system if a bit odd to look at.

Great range easy set up and has worked flawless for the 2 months I have had it. Own a ranch house just under 3000 sqaure feet and keeps strong signal through house and back yard and basement.

it has increased the range of my wifi. due to the location of my tv, I was not able to get a good connection to the wifi. now I have the ability to stream items from the internet. I am glad that i bought it.

We live in a 3,000 sq/ft two-story house and for years would constantly have terrible WiFi coverage in certain areas of the house. We have Nest Outdoor Cams in both the front and back (driveway) and before Orbi the cameras would lose connection at least once or twice a day. We also have 3 4K Smart TVs connected to our WiFi and before Orbi only one TV could stream 4K content at a time. Now that we're using Netgear's Orbi WiFi System you can practically get full bars (on WiFi) outside the perimeter of our home. Our WiFi connection use to drop multiple time a day however now that we have the Orbi System up and running no device has lost signal since setup (about a week so far.) Can't express how amazing this product is. Well worth every penny.

I purchased the Orbi Router/Satellite combo package because I wanted as much Wifi power as possible. Since the Satellite unit also has Ethernet ports it also allowed me to get Internet capability to some devices that didn't have Wifi as an option. The system was easy to set up and customize to my needs. The Orbi AC3000 is as fast as advertised and the Satellite has extended my Wifi to the farthest end of the second floor which was a problem with the old router. If you buy this product do a manual firmware upgrade as soon as you are connected to the Internet, mine was way behind the current version and the current firmware fixed several issues. I would have given this system a 4 1/2 it was an option. My only complaint would be that I would have like to have seen more manual settings options. I would definitely recommend this product.
