One thing I can say is awesome! The Orbi WiFi system is great! I recently had the Netgear Nighthawk but I wasn’t getting the connection I needed throughout my house. I pulled the trigger on this new mesh WiFi and it’s well worth every penny. I’m getting my full speed throughout my entire 2 story home!!

This product does everything I wanted from every room inside my house and also outside in my patio area I would recommend this router I replaced a spectrum router and the difference is like night and day The Best Buy sales people are very helpful and knowledgeable information on line is easy to access and informative

The Orbi was easy to set up and install. It has made a huge difference in the WiFi coverage we now have. Previously one side of the house and the upstairs had very little or no coverage. Now the entire house has good WiFi service!

I wanted to replace my Apple Airport router with a new router system offering net WIFI, in hopes of extending my signal into the back yard and garage. After reading reviews and talking to people with different systems, I chose this particular system. I have been using this Orbi system for a few months now, and absolutely love it. I am getting way more WIFI coverage than before. My only complaint is that it wasn't the easiest to set up, which is why I only rated the product with 4 of 5 stars. I'd like to think that I'm pretty tech savvy when it comes to things like this, but I still had difficult time getting the router to communicate with my Mac. I ended up having to call Netgear customer service, who was very helpful in walking me through the steps to finally get the router up and running. It was not as simple for me as the instructions say. I was talking with my neighbor who also has an Orbi system set up at his home, and he had the same difficulties where he had to go into special network settings to able the router to communicate with his computer system. This was only a minor issue though, as Netgear customer service was of great help, and the router works amazingly.

Orbi has given me complete home coverage. I had used a couple of different range extenders but they didn't work that well. Orbi allowed me to turn off Wi-Fi on my AT&T U-verse Router. Superior dual band coverage. Newer devices automatically go to 5 GHz whereas older devices go to 2.4 GHz

I like this set up, good connectivity, however, I wish they sold a 3-pack rather than a 2 pack, for me, it is not enough for the size of my house. I could have bought the 3 pack for about the same price but it didn't come with the RBS50 router, which you need in order to do wireless printing as a direct plug into the router.

I have a 3200 sqft home and this handles it with ease. I noticed a substantial change in speed from down stairs to upstairs prior to this setup now no matter where i am in the house it the same speed. I would recomend a best buy.

Because of the configuration of my home and where I need to station my equipment I have always had issues with strong WiFi throughout. I was even using a repeater and had problems. Until now. This system gives me the same fast WiFi in the weak area I had previously. This was a breeze to set up also!

I love my Orbi set. I live in a 2 story townhome and was never able to get a good signal upstairs with my other wireless router. Now my signal is great. I'm able to use all my wireless devices at once with no issues. It was very easy to set up as well. I love the app that comes along with it.

I am extremely pleased with the performance and value of this product. I have recently been using NETGEAR products and have found the quality and value to be top-notch. This Orbi mesh system seems very robust yet easy to manage.

It's a great product and I got it on sale. The only problem is that it did not have the range for my needs.

The coverage is as advertised. The setup went okay, as they neglected to tell you that using your smartphone with their app on VPN is problematic and a bit frustrating. Once I figured that out all is well and I would buy this again. I have had it for 6 weeks and So Far So Good. FYI, Best Buy matched Amazon's significantly lower price.

I have been using the Orbi AC3000 for the last several years and finally one of satellites went bad. Offers great coverage as advertised. This was on sale so I spent an extra 10 dollars and got the Router.

Out of the box this product looks and feels impressive. Setting up the router to my Time-Warner Cable was simple and easy. Configuring the network was also easy. Where the harder part comes in is connecting the Satellite. I had to move it 3 times to get a connection and my house is only 9 years old and only 1500 sq ft. The back haul uses one of the bands, so you don't truly get a Tri-Band connection with your devices, but the connection between the base and Satellite is rock solid once connected. Another issue that I have not overcome is that the Satellite constantly has speeds of each device connected bouncing around from real fast to almost nothing. The devices are all within 5 or 6 feet of the Satellite and it's inconsistent. Can't even maintain a FaceTime connection at times. I am hoping this issue will be addressed in further firmware updates. The base router performance is fantastic, with no issues and I get the max speed I pay for. My only issue is with the instability shown in the connection speeds from the Satellite. I replaced two Wifi routers with this single network system and I LOVE not having to constantly swap networks. Just hope my issues are related to being an earlier adopter and the product being not fully ready for prime time.

Since my computer is in the new addition at rear of house, sometimes the plaster wall prevents wifi. But 80% of the time it works

Very easy to install. Solved all our wifi issues. We had an older Netgear router that was resulting in dropped signal, interrupted service. The new router (same manufacturer) is very reliable, no service interruption, very fast. Highly recommended.

Definitely worth it! It noticeably improved my data speeds and extended the range of my Wi-Fi tremendously.

not a exspert by any strech, was my first time purchasing and connecting modem and router wanted something I would have no issue with setup wasn,t difficult,large coverage range,nice app and protection only free for a month alerts scams,spam dangers exct,still have drop out i think is isp

This was a great upgrade from a wireless AC router with a matching repeater. Fantastic whole home wireless.
