This Orbi Tri-Band mesh wifi system solved my wifi connectivity problems. Even though I had a wireless router and range extender with my prior setup, coverage was spotty and I typically had to reboot the router and range extender several times per day. The Orbi has been rock solid since installation. Installation and setup via their smartphone app were simple and straightforward. I highly recommend this product.

I have tried all of the 300 to 400 range routers for my house and this was the only one that worked. 4500 sq feet and it delivers between 125 and 150 mbps everwhere. Even garage and deck.

Installed this to replace another Netgear router that failed. This was quick to install, updated well and has better range which was an important factor.

Purchased when old router died. Had extender also. This provides better and faster coverage. Also like only having one network name between main and satellite receivers.

I live in a location (large condo) where line of sight wifi signals between two computers/other electronic devices was impossible. Previous router/wifi "AC" setup could not get through multiple walls and occasional electrical line/air conditioning conduit blockage provided barriers. I did manage to get 200-300 Mbps from end to end, vs. 1,100 Mbps near my router location. When I installed this unit, at my furtherest distance, I received a constant 600-700 Mbps which was more than twice what I was receiving before converting. I no longer have buffer pauses when downloading streaming movies, even 4K from iTunes.

There is a single SSID for both bands. The router decides which band to use. For example, if you initially connect at 5 GHz and as you move away, the 2 GHz band is better, the router will make the switch. The only time this has been a problem is while I am streaming on a phone while walking around as there is an interrupt during the band switch. Also, check to make sure your older devices or IoT devices will work. Some users report problems and they resorted to creating two SSIDs, one for each band. Netgear does not make creating two SSIDs on their WUI. A google search will find the method to create two SSIDs on an Orbi.

Easy for anyone to setup using the app in your phone. The tri-band is a nice touch, and the application on the phone is easy to navigate.

Brought several weeks ago and they work perfectly connecting my entire home with a strong WiFi signal. I would recommend this product.

I have almost 20 devices and this router and satellite work great to cover my entire home and all devices. Very easy to install as well.

We needed to be able to have internet upstairs and downstairs and with our old system downstairs just wasn't strong enough. With this Net Gear it's fantastic.

We have a smaller brick home and a mess of routers that crippled our internet. We got the Orbi AC3000 and our internet speeds increased by more than 5x.

Once you go mesh, you never go back. Love how intra satellite communication is on its own cannel. One star deduction for price. In five years this will be the new standard and prices will come down.

These orbi's were super easy to set up. I enjoy the app to control what the kids are accessing and how long they have internet access.

Found that I had dead spots around my home so I decided to go mesh. Now I have reliable wifi in every corner of every floor. I should've made this switch earlier.

The Orbi has drastically improved our WiFi coverage compared to using just our AT&T modem/router combo. A bit confusing at first to setup but nothing too complicated.

I have a long house that I would not get wifi in my bedroom . I purchased the orbi no I get wifi in my back yard!! I highly recommend it best wifi connection I ever had in my house.

I was skeptical about buying this product at 1st because of the price. I must say it has been the best set up I've had thus far. Great coverage everywhere.
